I would give 5 Starbucks because I’ve been drinking Starbucks for 20 years. I do a mobile order in the morning. And I know it’s really busy. I know that you guys are getting a lot of mobile orders and a lot of walk-ins, etc. but my drink cost seven dollars And I would expect for it to be accurate. I do have different things I require. I exclude certain things and I add certain things but it’s the same every single day and I don’t think that they are reading the actual sticker that comes through for mobile orders. I think that they need to slow down and read , the details of that particular order because not every order is going to be the same also Starbucks cup lid isn’t always pushed all the way down. It’s not a very strong top lid to begin with and in that case I think that you guys should always provide a stopper. I know There are a lot of people who doesn’t know about the stopper everybody Doesn’t know what a stoppea-But I do need a stopper because I’ve Spilled coffee on my wrist from walking because it’s filled all the way to the top and if you walk, the drink is moving and it spills right out of that sipping hole so I think the proper thing to do put a stopper in. I noticed that I always have to ask for stopper. I don’t understand that either. I will say that , the employees are very helpful. They’re very professional. They’re just not getting my drink right all the time and I hate complaining. Read moreFirst off I wanted to say Im an extremely shy, kind and quiet person. I dont go out at all except for work. So I can get taken advantage of for being too sweet sometimes. I had an experience here a few times. One time they stole my card information and used it to buy $600 sunglasses hut nextdoor. Another time was a lgbtq associate threatening me and gave me 1 ounce of coffee and screamed at me they wont be giving me more. I ordered something like a nitro latte and those dont come with ice but they threw old milk on it and filled it with ice to the top that I didnt order and slammed the cup down and said “HERE TAKE IT.”
Management treated me horribly after the manager said “That associate you dont like isnt here first of all mistreating a customer and practically publicly abusing me then management speaking to me that way was absurd!? And to top it off they gave me a free coffee and when I ordered a venti he refused to make it.
Honestly hats off to this place for continuing to barrel roll down the same way they started and didnt fix or mend anything not even there behavior, attitude or mending the way I was treated. They kept there horrible attitudes the same throughout the whole ordeal. Read moreCame in for my bday drink and the girl rudely told me that I could not get it today if my bday was yesterday , I thought it was on the week of your bday but said that was fine if that’s the case , just thought her attitude was strange , I proceeded to make my order and one of my drinks was a decaf caramel frapaccino , the cashier took my order and didn’t mention anything , when my frap was ready I asked the boy who made it why it was white , she came running from the cashier and said that’s what you ordered with an attitude , I said that I ordered a caramel decaf frapaccino , and she said yea well we don’t have decaf coffee only decaf espresso so I said thats fine if you can give me a decaf expresso I’ll just throw it in there , she said well you have to pay for the expresso , the boy was sweet and seemed like he wouldn’t mind remaking my frapaccino with coffee , but she did not want him too , again so strange , if she would’ve mentioned when I ordered that they didn’t have decaf I obviously would’ve gotten it regular , not just a cup of milk and sugar , she was so rude I took it and left because I hate causing a scene , but very unprofessional and I hope someone reading these reviews will speak to the cashier that was working this morning with the black mask...
