Ethos is such a staple in our family. I haven’t been here for two years and coming back the quality of the food is the same! We also used a gift card that we had gotten as a date night gift for the holidays. For appetizers we tried something new which was the croquettes they were surprisingly very flavorful I would recommend adding a little lemon drizzle on top it just brings out the flavor of the octopus and the cream in the middle. Our all time fav is the shrimp sagnioki (not trying to butcher it) I do think I took too much ricotta cheese which might’ve made it a bit salty. I do enjoy the garlic and tomato. My husband had the Lamb Chops as his main course which blew my salmon out the water lol I did take it home for the next day and I will say my salmon was tastier than when I first tried it at the restaurant. The atmosphere for dinner is always warming and makes you just want to be close with your loved ones. I did also appreciate the manager for his accommodations, he moved us to a more comfy table as my husband is pretty tall and a two seat just squishes us. To finish off the meal we had the cheesecake and cappuccino which paired together for a final treat! I would also suggest having pitas on the side which made all of it taste even better as they drizzle a tasty olive oil and herb on it that just pairs with all the dishes. The wait is also never too long here. But I will say we would have ordered drinks but they did not have Woodford Reserve and our waiter seemed super swamped.

Wow! We were heading to the cheese cake factory at the same plaza and we decided to try something new and we are so glad we decided to do it! Starting with the bad : The seating inside are not as comfortable and seems like they can make a better seating arrangement and better chairs and tables. Good : Start with the Service, WOW. Our waiter was guy name : Ever. Very pleasant and accommodating, kept the drinks full at all times and was very knowledgeable about the menu. The Menu is not as big which is great, you not getting lost among 50 different mediocre dishes like many chain restaurants, they keep it simple and favorable! The food came to the table super fast, fresh and hot. We ordered the spicy Feta appetizer which is like a paste that you put on the pita, it comes with warm pita and has a spicy kick to it. We ordered the Falafel which come with Warm garlicky Hummus, the falafel crunchy on the outside and soft inside, flavor is all there! Also come with warm pitta. The lamb Kefte is 3 mini patties, be sure to squeeze the lemon on it for the extra kick. If you not a fan of a lamb flavor don't order it. I loved it. To be honest we got so full with the appetizers that we didn't get the chance to order a main dish but we will definitely come back again and again! Very recommended spot to enjoy Greek/ Mediterranean food.

I've been coming to Ethos since I started working in Coconut Creek. It's literally 5 minutes away from my work and the service is fast. Perfect for my one-hour lunch. Also, there's plenty of free parking in this plaza. Its called the Promenade I always get their platters. I have tried the Shrimp platter, Grilled Octopus platter, and my favorite, the Philly Steak platter. All platters come with a side of Greek Salad, spinach rice, and rosemary lemon potatoes so it's quite a filling lunch but worth it. Everything they serve here is fresh and they use quality ingredients. I honestly haven't had a bad meal here and I go almost every week. My only complaint is how they make their cocktails. I've been here for early dinner 2x and the cocktails featured on the menu are pre-made. Let's just say they're either too sweet or very watered down. The servers always re-assured me the cocktails are pre-made daily but I honestly dont think they are. I also asked why do they pre-make cocktails when there's an actual bar and bar staff? One of them told me that its easier and faster. What? It's not like people are lining up at the bar fighting for drinks. Its just strange to me why some restaurants cut corners. Or better yet, just remove the bar.

Today, for the first time, I decided to visit ethos Greek Bistro. I was nearby watching a movie in the promenade and decided to check out what was in the area. I must say from the minute I arrived... it was all the most amazing experience from beginning to end. I have not experienced this kind of service before. My server Jamie did an exceptional job explaining everything on the menu and made great recommendations on selections.. he continuously checked up on us and made sure we were satisfied. Very short wait time for the food. We sat outside as the weather was great and other servers & staff who were not even our server would greet us as they passed by... the real kicker of the evening is watching management come out and see how all the guests were doing. I literally was in awe talking to Pepa, such a vibrant and beautiful spirit. She checked on us twice, introduced herself and even got to know us. Shook our hands and thanked us for coming out. I will definently be back soon.. you all have truly won a new customer. Thank you for treating us so well to the point you spoiled us. Lol. Great staff, great food, exceptional service. If I could give it 10 stars I would.

FRESH FOOD! Delicious, savory dishes that are lite and or hearty depending how hungry you are! The atmosphere is elegant yet comfortably inviting. This particular Ethos restaurant can be found in the Promenade at Coconut Creek shopping center. The staff seem to be genuinely happy to work here because they provide you service with a smile and willingness to assist their patrons promptly! No waving in the air to get attention! Ethos prices are comparable to the quality of food and drinks they provide. They make fresh ginger juice when mixing mules but my absolute favorite drink is their lychee martini. The Kefete and the salmon are amazing. The Lamb pita is a great choice for lunch unless you’re in the mood for soup, and the lemon chicken soup is flavorful and is perfect to pair with a Greek salad. Btw, The Promenade provides convenient-moderate to upscale dining, retail shopping, entertainment to include; personal services; such as hair, nails, skincare, cosmetics, and a host of restaurants to choose from. There’s also a boutique style florist shop (Burs) in the center as well.

We just don’t get Greek / Mediterranean food that often so decided to try something different. Picked ethos based on reviews and proximity and we were really glad we did. Located in an popular upscale suburban shopping mall there is usually a crowd of people around, especially at night. We were able to grab nearby parking and were seated quickly. It was a late dinner so we wanted something light. We ordered a sampler of various dips, some fried zucchini, octopus, and a Greek salad with branzino. By far the standout was the salad. The house made dressing was amazing, the fish perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients across the board and it immediately became my wife’s new favorite local salad. The feta is barrel aged and from Bulgaria - we just wish we were bigger fans of cheese in general. Octopus was excellent but a bit on the salty side, dips were fresh and served with amazing pita, but have to give the fried zucchini balls a thumbs down. Just ok at best. Otherwise service and atmosphere were great and we will definitely be returning when we’re in the area.
