
I’ve been going to this Bar Louie for years and I’ve received nothing but good service usually. Tonight 11/2/25 however you had a girl behind the bar with the NASTIEST attitude ever. I showed up around 11:45 because I thought that you guys closed at one. immediately, after sitting down, I was greeted with. It’s the last call by the way. I was like OK I guess I’ll still have a drink. The guy bartender came over we ordered our drink and cashed out. Another couple that was sitting there asked for a drink . She gave them a nasty attitude, saying that she had made last call. then in front of me, she was talking to the other bartender about them, saying she was gonna be nice and make the drink, but no. A guy was standing by the door and she said can I help you? He replied that it’s a DoorDash order. she mumbled under her breath isn’t it a little too late for a DoorDash order? The guy definitely heard her because afterwards he was telling another server about her attitude and it’s all about delivery and how you say things . three girls walked in and said hey are you still serving appetizers? She goes we’re not serving nothing. We’re closed. another couple sat at the bar were closed. her attitude was so nasty that I was talking to the person that I’m with saying I don’t understand why she’s so mad when they’re usually close that one so people are still gonna come in expecting that . now again, homegirl with a nasty attitude, jumped in to let me know that it’s posted on their website. 😭😭 well, I definitely checked the app before I went there and it said 1 AM. I was there for 10 minutes and in 10 minutes she somehow was rude to about 10 people that all felt the same way. Then she wondered why the couple gave her exact change. I was on a first date and I usually try to make sure that my date tips cause I’m in the biz. at this point, I did not care to check if he did or did not with that attitude and energy. This bartender had her hair in a bun and I really couldn’t tell if she’s the usual bartender that’s there but the other bartender is never nasty and never rude so I don’t know if she’s just having a bad day. moral of the story just because you guys are having maintenance and you guys are closing early. Your customer shouldn’t feel all that negative attitude and energy.
after reading multiple reviews, I really hope it’s not the same blonde girl that’s has multiple reviews about how nasty she is and bringing down your company… what is going on with the bar and the service that in the last few months you guys have had so many bad reviews. management you need to do something because you won’t be in business much longer if your customers...

It took about 15min of us being there for the 1 waiter to notice us. We sat outside and order our usual drinks….. everything going fine until my arm was getting bit up by mosquito……yes I’m outside but I have been to each restaurant in the plaza and sat outside and never had this issue so when the waiter brought the drinks we moved inside.. which didn’t make a difference they were inside as well
We order the appetizer and finally took a sip of our drinks boy oh boy did those thing taste like sparkling soda or seltzer water w.e it was it wasn’t liquor just wasn’t right at this point we just annoyed because we will get 2 rounds of drinks and shots but last night we could barley drink the ones he brought us so we tried to atleast drink through the badness but left it on the table ….
Not only was all that going wrong I get this wet drip on my arm while I’m trying to eat I look up the ac vent is leaking so because we didn’t feel like changing to a 3rd table I moved to a different seat at the table….and we eventually told the waiter once he finally came back to us that it’s a leak he shrug his shoulders and said the ac is off and once he said that I stop listening cause at that point you you showing me that you don’t care idk if the water even got on my food how close my arm was to the plate it could’ve….. at that point we was ready to go but was waiting on our food order which I had to stop him to have him place it as a Togo order instead because we had to go…… and still didn’t it when I got home because my mood was done for I wish I didn’t even go last night because I felt like I wasted time and money going experience is a...

This spot had become a regular go-to for us, thanks to their half-off burger deal that made dining out with a family of five surprisingly affordable.
On previous visits, the atmosphere was lively yet comfortable, with friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we stepped in. The menu is diverse, and we often gravitated towards the burgers, which were consistently delicious and well-prepared.
However, during our latest visit, we encountered an unexpected and disappointing issue. My kids simply wanted their burgers without lettuce and pickles, but we were told that even slight modifications like this would disqualify us from the 50% off deal. Both the server and the kitchen manager insisted on this, which felt unreasonable. I even offered to have the unwanted toppings placed on the side, but they still refused to honor the discount.
This strict and inflexible policy left a sour taste in our mouths, as it seemed more like a technicality to avoid providing the advertised discount. It’s disappointing when a place we once enjoyed so much becomes unaccommodating, especially over something as minor as leaving off a couple of toppings.
Sadly, this experience has caused us to rethink our patronage at Bar Louie. The atmosphere and food quality might still be there, but customer service and fair business practices are equally important to us. Until they revisit this rigid approach to their promotions, they've lost our business.
