Terrible customer service. Avoid.

Ordered a pizza and a family meal for my daughter and friends. The phone was busy, so ordered (and paid) online at 7:09.It was supposed to be ready at 7:24 (though they said usually 30 min) I was got there at 7:40 (30 min later) and they could not find my order. They made some pretense of its in process, but I could tell by the body language that it wasn't even started.

They said it would be 30 min. Well, I have a gaggle of hungry kids, so I asked if they could make it right. I asked for sausage and pepperoni on the pizza. They asked if I wanted another pizza, and I said no, the family meal comes with a cheese pizza, could you maybe add something. He then explains how that increases the price. I tried to explain that since the pizza was not in the oven, already 20 min past the promised time and will be another 30 min, could they just add it? The "I'll talk to the manager" answer. No apology, no empathy. I'm just another order.

Another guy comes to me and says that'll be $7 and change for extra toppings and I said forget it. Not worth it, plus I'm not giving them any more money. So here I sit waiting for a pizza ordered an hour ago for a group of hungry kids. If I hadn't of paid, I'd be gone. This is not a business that values their customers. Mistakes happen, no one is perfect, but it's how you respond that defines you.

This is a good place to get pizza! We opted to order delivery, because it was Saturday night, and didn't feel like going out. I'm ALWAYS on the quest for a good pizza joint, so it was time to try All Star!

I was able to place the order online, and the process was pretty easy. We ordered a large (15") pizza, 6 garlic knots, and a slice of cheesecake. When I placed my order, I was quoted 40 minutes for delivery. It showed up in about 25 minutes! Score! The delivery guy was very nice, too!

The pizza showed up hot and presented well in the box (i.e. was not slung around in the driver's car on the way to us). It was good, but added some red pepper flakes to spice it up a bit. The garlic knots were good, but they are more of a roll with garlic and oil on top. I prefer my garlic knots to be dense and dripping with oil, but that's purely preference. If you like fluffy, bready knots, these will be perfect for you. They had a decent amount of garlic on them, and they come with a small container of marinara for dipping. The cheesecake is a bit on the small side, but was packaged well.

Overall, this place made it in my "top 5" pizza joints around town. The food was good, the menu is expansive (if you're in the mood for something Italian that's not pizza), and it was super easy to place a delivery order. I will definitely be back, and can't wait to try some of their other...

The pizza is what we are used to in South Jersey they make it regular crust or thin crust we Jersey people like the thin crust just enough sauce just enough cheese love their Pizza. Spaghetti is usually something I do not eat out but they give it to you as a side when you order let's say eggplant parmesan the spaghetti and sauce that they use is top quality and delicious. If they make a mistake on your order they will offer 2 replace it on your next order all you have to do next time is give them the date and what it was that they screwed up on and then they will not charge you for the item that they screwed up price of what they screwed up on your next order will be free of charge all you have to do is remember the date and make sure you call them and tell them what happened and as I said next time you order they will take that item off of the charge of the bill. Love this place love this pizza. By the way sometimes they will tell you that the delivery might take an hour and it's at your house in 15 minutes the only time I have had an hour delivery is when there is a school event going on or sometimes on a Friday night otherwise the pizza is always early.
