I've been to many Dunkin locations over the years. Inconsistency is to be expected but my last few experiences at this location have been particularly frustrating. I'm not sure why they haven't stopped taking hot latte orders on the app but it's now been over a week that they've been unable to make hot espresso drinks. I understand that equipment fails sometimes.. but the fact that they still take hot latte orders on the app is silly, especially considering how much of a pain it is to go through the app for a refund.
There were two separate times that I ordered a hot latte only to find out they can't make them. They happened a week apart. The most frustrating part about it is that I'll be standing there for like 6-7 minutes waiting for my drink to come out, and when I finally get impatient enough to ask, that's when they say "oh sorry we cant make that drink." You'd think at least they'd put a sign up letting people know they can't make hot espresso drinks right now. Each of my last two trips to this location took over 10 minutes and neither time did I even receive what I ordered.
The other big issue are the bees. They come pouring in from outside everytime the staff opens the pickup window. The last two times I've been to this location there were literally dozens of bees buzzing all around. They land all over the donuts and muffins and one almost stung me. It's pretty gross. I feel bad for the staff that has to deal with that.
I get the feeling this is an ownership issue. Why not remove the bee hive that is obviously somewhere near by? Why not fix the espresso machine or at least update the app so that location no longer takes mobile orders for hot espresso drinks? Honestly everytime I'm in there it's complete chaos. I'm not even sure if they have a manager. One of the employees was complaining today that another employee left without telling anyone.
I'm not sure what's going on with this location but it's easily the most disorganized, gross and frustrating Dunkin I've ever been to. This opinion wasn't developed due to one bad experience. It's been several bad experiences in a row.

Read moreIt's 1030am and I get in line. I get to the speaker at 1045. 15 minutes, not terrible not good either, I'm pretty used to that at Mccrae rd location. I don't get to the window for another 10 minutes. At the window, she says "what did you order" ... Ok. She finds my order I pay and the receipt is correct. She hands me my food. Almost 5 minutes later she hands me my drink. I pull away at 1105. And my English muffin sandwich had an untoasted English muffin. When not toasted, they taste raw unlike bread. Waste of my time and money. I'm convinced my drink had too much ice in it too. I'm used to getting a large iced latte with almond milk, and I only had a few sips. 😩 Incredibly disappointed .... I'm usually regular disappointed. (As to be expected) The people are usually friendly and I don't mind waiting 10 minutes for my order ....but 30-35!? It's too bad it's the only coffee place in the area. Big opportunity for a small business to set up. Be efficient and nice to your customers; and nobody would go to dunkin. Then you could snag...

Until today, 4/13/18, I would come here every morning before work but I just waited in line for 15 minutes with roughly 7 other people this morning and basically rushed out the door because I was going to be late. Once I got to work I took a sip from my coffee and it was wrong... again... like every other time I order my coffee from this Dunkin... Slowest service in the history of Dunkin. I've never had an attitude problem with any of the employees as some people have mentioned they have had on the reviews, however, I have noticed how stressed out these people get over nothing and the entire place basically shuts down.
