Whoever the bald manager-looking guy is, heâs a jerk to the employees. I go to this Dunkin when I want a coffee, because itâs the only one in town I can go inside and make sure my coffee is decaf. Itâs rarely an issue for me, the employees are kind even when I need them to remake it. This time, however, was very different.
When my ticket came through, the manager announced my coffee needed to be decaf, and then handed it to the employee. The employee made my decaf as an original instead, and after I politely corrected him this manager guy started berating him and saying really mean things. I was appalled at how he treated this teenager, it was absolutely shameful. And then! He grabbed the cup from the employee and made it himself, and made it in the original blend again. I politely told him, again, it needs to be decaf. He seemed to barely contain his rage as he made it again, slamming my cup down.
Itâs not that big of a deal to me to need to remake a coffee. There was absolutely no reason for this guy to be so rude to the employee. He was polite to me and was fixing his mistake.    Read moreIâve been a long time customer here. Use to go everyday until they started butchering my order daily. Lg ice coffee and a bagel. Bagel is rarely toasted. I stopped going for a while. Tried again today thinking it would be different and I was wrong. SHOCKER! Again got an ice coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. Got home to eat it and there is essentially zero cream cheese on the bagel. Drove back. The young lady at the counter immediately said whatâs wrong as I stood in line. Which to me means this is a common problem. She was nice enough. Gave me a refund zero questions even she agreeed that it was wrong. I then spoke to the manager. Younger Hispanic man with glasses. He was also great. He looked at my order and he listened to my issue. He genuinely seemed like he cared which is a step in the right direction. He offered me a new one. I declined. Waited by the mobile order counter for 10 mins when the workers clearly saw me waiting and were talking about one of their fellow coworkers including swear words loud enough for the entire place to hear. One of the girls made eye contact with me and placed an order that looked like mine about 5 feet away from the mobile order counter, so I patiently waited to see if anyone would move it over as it sat there getting cold. 8 mins went by and nothing. In the midst of the managers yelling âf this, f thatâ I asked them if they had a mobile order. Sure enough it was the one sitting there for 8 mins.
