Customer Service is not great at this location. From the Manager down to the cashier. So, I had an online order for pickup at the drive thru window. But as I pull up, the drive thru cashier says I need to come inside. So I said ok and inside I came. After telling the cashier inside I'm picking up my online order, she prints my receipt and then proceeds to take other 5 orders behind me. All 5 got their orders before me. The preparers were arguing about who was making my order. As the three argued no one was wearing their masks to cover faces. I waited 20 minutes and 5 customers later before I received my order which was incomplete. I then told the assistant manager about my order, only for her to tell me that if it's not on the ticket then I can't get it. So obviously the online order system is not up to par. But she still wouldn't give me my drink which was clearly on the receipt. I then spoke with the Manager who before listening to me blurted out If I wanted a refund that I had to go through the online system. (No help at all) But a guy before me complained about his sandwich not being correct after eating half, but the Manager personally replaced it for a new sandwich. I just said thank you; took my food and went back over to the counter to get the drink that the other manager forgot to get for me. But at this point she showed her rudeness by not helping me even though she looked at me twice. The cashier had left her position unattended with No one up front to help. By this time a line of people were behind me, but when the cashier returned she goes to the person behind me. I quickly grabbed her attention and said do you see me standing here. I need my drink!!! She tells the drive thru cashier to get my drink and she does and no one but the drive thru cashier apologized for everything. Honestly speaking I hate going to Burger Kings in urban areas like this one on Old National HWY (and I'm Black and from the hood). They will never get my services again until something changes for better. Who needs to deal with personal attitudes because they messed up. I was even warned before coming inside the...
Read moreMy mother literally died today so you now have my full attention.
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the consistently poor service and operational issues I have experienced at your [ Old National aka old nasty] location.
My repeated attempts to patronize this establishment have been met with a frustrating and unacceptable level of incompetence.
Specifically, I have encountered the following recurring problems:
Consistent Menu Item Unavailability: On numerous occasions, I have attempted to order items listed on your menu, both in-store and through the mobile app, only to be informed that these items are unavailable.
This is particularly egregious when the app allows me to place an order, only to be told upon arrival that the items are not in stock. This practice is misleading and a waste of my time.
Refusal to Accept Credit/Debit Cards: It is unacceptable that this location repeatedly refuses to accept credit or debit cards, insisting on cash-only transactions. In today's economy, this is not only inconvenient but also raises concerns about the legitimacy of the business practices.
Inability to Provide Receipts: The inability to provide a receipt for purchases is another recurring issue that I have experienced. This lack of documentation is unacceptable and prevents me from properly tracking my expenses.
Misleading App Ordering: The app should not allow orders for items that are not in stock. This creates a terrible customer experience.
I have been a loyal customer of Burger King in the past, but the consistent and repeated failures of this particular location have forced me to reconsider my patronage.
I am tired of the constant inconvenience and frustration.
I request that you investigate these issues immediately and take appropriate action to rectify them, but I shall and will not expect a response detailing the steps you will take to ensure these problems are resolved and that future customers do not experience the same level of...
Read moreThe employees there are DISRESPECTFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL! I can think of 2 employees at this location that they are always pleasant and respectful. The rest of them need training on how to be professional. I ordered my food and I waited patiently at the drive-thru. When I pulled up, I got my food but when I asked for my receipt she told me she tossed it into the trash. I asked her to reprint the receipt which she said she couldn’t and not because she didn’t want to but the machine won’t allow it. Understandable. I asked her didn’t she think to ask if I wanted the receipt. She replies “miss, I don’t have time for the smart mouth” I’m being smart because I asked you a question? She offered to take a picture of the computer screen with my phone and I declined. I didn’t feel I should have to do that. After a purchase I should be given my receipt or asked if I want my receipt. So after she told me she doesn’t have time for my smart mouth and I promise you I wasn’t being smart or sarcastic, when I went to explain to her that I have a business and I collect my receipts for tax purposes, before I could say this she slides the window shut in my face. The lady standing behind her came to the window and asked how could she help me and I explained that as a paying customer I’m entitled to my receipt. Receipts are important for one main reason. If they fail to add something to my order that I paid for how do I dispute that without a receipt?!!!!!! Hello!!!!!!!! And the 2nd reason is people use it for tax purposes. You’re in a people business! You’re in customer service! Burger King! You have people working in your business that does not have good customer service skills. They’re only there for the check. I have rolled through there numerous times and you would think they’re hanging out at home. They speak freely and I mean freely. The amount of F words I’ve heard, arguments I’ve seen, I’m surprised one the employees hasn’t gotten hurt. Their mouths are...
