I WISH I READ THE REVIEWS FIRST I very much so want to be respectful to all of the hardworking people who work here. So, I will be objective as possible stating my opinions. First, the $9.99 meal ONLY consists of either one crab cake or Spaghetti and two sides. And the lone crab cake that was there did not look appetizing. Of the 3 foods I selected, each of them had the consistency of mush. TASTE: The Brussel sprouts, Broccoli and Baked fish were overcooked; which is my fault for arriving at 1:40pm. By the taste of my meal, the food was from the after lunch rush. PRESENTATION: As you can see from the photo. The foods all look appetizing. I tried to eat healthy. But, reflecting on the stacks and stacks of fried chicken that was available I should've gotten that instead. "I bet it was fresh" because there were a lot of it compared to the 2 pieces of baked fish that were available, of which, I selected one. SERVICE: I selected To Go. However, briefly speaking to the staff "I get the impression they could be treated better. I don't think they feel appreciated by management." Being in the service profession, I know there is a direct correlation between happy employees and happy customers. PRICE: Very affordable. One meat and two sides for roughly under $15. APPEARANCE: Not seen. FINAL COMMENT: Choose whichever selection that is in abundance. Your odds increases that it may have been freshly cooked. Do not choose the last two of anything EVER. Be kind to those who work in the service industry. And drink plenty of water because too much sodium is bad for you. NO SHADE INTENDED.

As someone who proudly considers themselves a red velvet connoisseur, I’m usually pretty selective when it comes to this classic Southern dessert. Rich flavor, perfect texture, and balanced cream cheese frosting are non-negotiables for me. While I have my go-to spots that set the gold standard, I have to admit—when I can’t make it to one of my favorites, Piccadilly’s red velvet cake holds its own surprisingly well. The cake is moist with a nice, velvety crumb, and the cocoa flavor comes through just enough without overpowering the sweetness. The cream cheese frosting is smooth and not overly tangy, striking a good balance that complements the cake rather than competing with it. It may not be gourmet bakery level, but for a cafeteria-style dessert, it’s a pleasant surprise and definitely a step above what you might expect. If you’re ever at Piccadilly and craving something sweet, don’t sleep on the red velvet. It’s a solid, satisfying slice that’ll hit the spot, especially when your usual cake fix isn’t within reach. Food was really good. The half baked chicken was really seasoned, carrot soufflé was great, and navy beans really tasty! Chopped steak was delicious, mashed potatoes on point. The wait time was terrible, they were out of the chopped steak. They gave a good portion of gravy and onions. The rolls were too dark, and grain muffin was hard. Had to wait over 20 mins. They weren't busy when we walked in assuming they weren't ready for a rush. About 30 people came in after us. Pricy for add ons, they wanted $10.99 for just 1 extra chopped steak. I just purchased an additional meal at $12.99. Will go back, this is one of the better tasting locations.

This place use to be a part of a tradition on Sunday for a lot of families including my own but due to the pandemic I assume, these types of restaurants have lost a lot of their luster. However I would like to say that despite where this restaurant is located off of Old National (Speedway!), good food and great customer service continues to be a standard that keeps this restaurant open and functioning, just like the old days!.

Although the menu does not change from week to week there is a good variety of meat and veggie choices along with desserts and salads to choose from that will keep you tasting something different for a few weeks. On to the bad things that I could possibly say about this restaurant, although I don't want to!! The restaurant decor has not changed and could use a little renovation but it is clean to the naked eye and very spacious for anyone that may be still a little leary of closed in places. I like that when we're there we can always get a window seat and it is most of the time always quiet. I can enjoy my meal, conversate with my party or when alone get some work done if I need to. Other those very minor details this restaurant has managed to maintain good food and great workers despite the pandemic and I commend and thank them all for their great service, from the line workers, and cashiers down to the wonderful woman that works solo waiting tables for everyone.

I would like to take a moment to give compliment to this particular waitress. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you have everything that you need to enjoy your meal as well as being polite and a friendly face. I apologize for not knowing her name but she is an older white woman that I come to see just as much as I come for the food! Because she attends to my daughter and my mother with so much care. You are a contribution ma'am and I look forward to seeing you again!......Well done...

I am writing this review to bring awareness to the poor customer service they provide at THIS LOCATION. I frequently dine with this establishment and location and I have had the worst experience with the cashier ZOEY! She is very unprofessional with no regards for the business, the manager, or the customers. She and I had a verbal altercation after she was listening to me talk to someone else and after I TRIED TO AVOID any type of altercation. I asked her a question about my charge she looks at me with a very nasty look and frown on her face. At that point I disregarded my question and stated “Never-mind ma’am I just want to pay for my food”. Zoey continued to HOLLER at me and talk to me in a very unprofessional manner. I stated to the person I was having a conversation with “I won’t be back because of their attitudes” At this time Zoey started back hollering at me and being very confrontational. The MOD Mike wasn’t able to control his employee or diffuse the situation. There were other customers in line and dining in. I tried to remain as calm as possible without adding to this heated argument. I stated to the MANAGER I will contact corporate and wanted a refund , Zoey yelled out “I don’t give a damn” as well as usage of other Strong profanity and calling me out my name. I asked the manger for corporate number, he stated he didn’t have one. I also recorded the end of this situation of Zoey in the back still being confrontational. AFTER this encounter I will be contacting corporate and the VP of operations of food service for this region to make a FORMAL COMPLAINT. I am in the customer service field and that is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO TREAT A PATRON of your business or REPRESENT THE BUSINESS IN...

As a child Piccadilly was the place my family would go on Sundays after church if my mother didn't cook ....... so Sunday August 26th a long time friend couple invited me to eat with them......it was early before the Sunday crowd 11:20 am.....if Piccadilly have beef liver w/ onion, I usually eat it with lots of onions but this time beef liver with no onions. I asked the lady who was serving if they had onion she said "no" .....now there was another beef dish that had onion, so , I asked to put those onion on my beef liver the answer was "no these onion are for this dish only," she continue on to say they was out of onion, then she said the onion wasn't ready they was cooking after a brief conversation about the onions she didn't check to see what time they will be ready , so, I didn't get the beef liver, I moved on to something else chicken... I got cabbage, string beans, broccoli casserole and carrot souffle... had to send back the cabbages was too salty Then I taste string beans was too salty as well I didn't send it back because I complain about the liver and cabbage already but I did tell the waitress about it...the green beans was salty too, which brings me to a broccoli casserole had a sour taste to it so I didn't eat that.....oh I did tell the waitress about the sour tasting broccoli casserole which two out of the three people at the table had and didn't eat because it was sour nor send it back....but let them know about ...... no manager came to the table to address Our concern the waitress came back and said it was a cheese that tastes sour I love going to Piccadilly's but this was the third or fourth time that my...
