DONT TRUST THE REVIEWS A Disappointing Experience with Unprofessional Response: Beware of Fake Reviews!
I recently visited this nail salon twice, and I wish I could say my experiences were consistent. On my first visit, the staff seemed genuinely friendly and welcoming, which left me hopeful. However, my second visit was a complete turnaround that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Upon entering, I greeted the staff with a cheerful "Hi, nice to see you again!" only to be met with a nasty look from the guy at the front desk. His response of "Yeah, what do you want?" caught me off guard. I shrugged it off, thinking maybe he was having a rough day. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning.
During my appointment, I opted for a simple fill from a different technician than before. To my dismay, she left the underside of my nails dirty and even left a few bubbles on the surface. It was clear I would need to visit another salon to get everything fixed.
When it came time to pay, the front desk guy informed me that I wasn't eligible for a review discount because I had already used it before, which left me shocked and confused. I hadn’t even requested a discount; I was merely trying to pay for my service. It felt unprofessional and unnecessary to bring that up, especially considering the subpar service I had just received.
In response to my concerns, the owner's reply was less than satisfactory. Instead of acknowledging my experience or offering a simple apology, they accused me of wanting additional discounts. It’s disheartening to see a business react in such an unprofessional manner. It’s not just about what went wrong; it’s about how you handle it afterward. A gracious apology and an offer to fix the sloppy work would have gone a long way.
This shop is more concerned about their online presence rather then the actual service and experience they provide. You can see them stopping everything to read the review that I submitted. Still didn't offer a solution. Shows customers are not valued or appreciated. The TikTok reviews are real. This shop is totally unprofessional. Look at the owners response. It will be uploaded in the photos if they decide to delete.
Please take my advice and DON’T TRUST THE REVIEWS for this salon. They offer a $5 discount for Google reviews, which makes me question the authenticity of the glowing feedback they receive. Genuine experiences matter, and I can assure you my review is rooted in reality, not a discount. Save your time and money—there are plenty of other salons in the area that truly value their customers and provide the quality service...

Read moreThe "salon" itself is not all that clean. My pedi and nail tech seemed nice enough, but I never saw anyone wipe or sanitize anything, and I mean ANYTHING, after servicing a customer. They just put all of their tools back into the bin and waited for the next customer. Also, there were techs sitting and waiting for the next customer, who could also have been assisting with sanitizing, that were just lounging in the pedi chairs, like it was a breakroom. Weird and very unprofessional.
My pedi guy did really good until it came to the "callous/dead skin removal". I had little but even after pointing out a few spots on my feet that I wanted him to address, he said ok, and then proceeded to just rub a little oil on those spots. And once he finished (polish and all) asked if I was good. Of course I said "no, the spots I pointed out are still not taken care of". So after asking twice, he finally pulls out the foot file (which I now realize was most likely unsanitized from the last client) and gets the dead skin off. And I'm sitting there telling him "look at all of that dead skin". DUH!!!!! And yes, I ordered the #3, which includes this service!!!
Nail tech was okay. Obviously inexperienced and couldn't communicate enough to know what I wanted without a translator. She was also way too rough on my natural nails. I'm like "girl, these are my nails and that hurts, but had to tell her multiple times". Not enough experience and just wanted to drive up the price by trying to peel the overlay off of my nails unnecessarily. Of course I put a stop to that, mostly because it hurt....but also because I know it wasn't needed.
WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!...
