Today, this store’s staff made me (and other customers in the lot) wait until they felt like opening. This store opens when they feel like, not at the posted time of 5:30am and the staff will straight up IGNORE you as you stand outside helplessly knocking to get access to their food. On top of that, they have the nerve to have attitudes when they finally do open 10 minutes after their posted time, with lights still dark. Their coffee was not all made, so I had to wait even longer...huh?! Did you not have an extra 10 minutes to open up? Do you not know the “Dunkin” part in the business name relates to dunking the donut in hot coffee?! When I finally got the coffee, it was sooo bitter. Their excuse was that they were still counting their money, starting up, etc. You can actively see them leaning on counters and chatting, through the glass, so doing everything but starting opening procedures is their speciality, not donuts or coffee. Trust, they are unapologetic about their lack of punctuality and don’t care whether you’re mad about it. They’re unprofessional to the umpteenth degree, so avoid this location (near the IKEA) and go up the street, to the other Dunkin’ location (across from the IHOP), where they open on time and...

We order from Uber Eats daily. Our daily order is coffee, donuts and sometimes hash browns or bacon. Todays order was two coffees, 6 donuts and 6 hash browns.
As usual whoever packed this order REFUSED to do the normal quality check. How hard is it to look at the receipt on the bag and then look inside to make sure you have everything! It’s not for the driver to do, because the bag is sealed when they get there.
Once again for a third day now, my kids are not getting hash browns because all six were missing! Yesterday it was the wrong donuts. I’ve called many times before asking that someone QA these orders going out. It’s not time consuming to do.
It’s frustrating to plan your day, make a quick order for your house full of kids only to have the order show up without the items! I’m tired of having to always login to the application to upload pictures, write out my frustrations just to get back my money.

Read moreUpon entering the store on the early afternoon 09/02/25 to make a purchase, I was immediately alarmed to see donuts partially pulled away from their protective casing while an employee swept directly in front of and beneath the donut rack.
The donuts were left uncovered and fully exposed to airborne dust and debris stirred up by the broom. This is not only unsanitary, it’s a clear violation of basic food safety standards. I found the situation unacceptable and deeply disappointing.
As a customer, I expect a clean and hygienic environment, especially when it comes to food handling. I will not be returning to this location and intend to escalate this matter to headquarters. I hope the franchise owner take immediate steps to address this issue and prevent similar incidents in the future.
