I went to Bojangles to get Breakfast this morning. So I order a Chicken egg cheese biscuit with cheese girt an Orange juice. Once I receive my food ..there was No cheese on my grits. So I approch the cashier to let her know that my girts had know cheese..so she told the Manager on duty CeCe..Omg..this Lady o not need to me a manager for NY restaurant..so CeCe told cashier that reason she did not place cheese in my grits because you guys full it to the rim and it's know room so you need to take some out...so the cashier did so ..so as I stand in front of the cashier she take my girts and place them over a trash can to removed some of the girts so the Manager can place the girts in...so as I went over to received my order ..I lean in to tell the cashier not to place customer food over a trash can for furter reference..very nice so only me and her can hear it..OMG..CECe over heard me and said what happen..so I told her ..and the confirm she did it ..so I then asked for the girts to be replace and CeCe the Store Manager told me she was out ...my response to her..you out and it's still breakfast time ..but you out..so she asked me if I want my money back ..so I said yes...ok..she gave me my $8.56 back..so I went back to my seat to drink my Oj...and chicken sandwich..then out over know where ... here come the cashier to inform me that CeCe said that she gave me a refund for the whole order and she want the chicken sandwich back and the orange juice ...so I told her know because you guys made the mistake and then she went back to tell Ce Ce..that I said know...then CeCe told her to tell that she is going to call Atlanta police on me because now am stealing....so I told to call the police..then I said let get up out of here and give this Lady the juice and sandwich back ..so I approch the counter to give the food back and asked to speak to CeCe ..she refuse to come from around the work area ..so CeCe told. Different manager to come and deal with me .and she did very nice lady ...This Manager CeCe do not need to be a manager and she is very rude..and she will call the police on you if you return food .just be very careful..I will not go back to this franchise.. Corporate need to Closed this store down ....so I just finish calling the Health department and I call the district manager of...
Read moreI want to take a moment to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Kerry at this Bojangles location.
When I came through the drive-thru on Sunday, my experience was very disappointing. I had ordered the 12-piece Bo Bites combo with a medium fry and a sweet tea/lemonade mix, but I was told sweet tea was sold out for the rest of the night. The employee offered me water, but I never received it. My biscuit was forgotten, and the food I did get was stale, unseasoned, and not worth what I was charged. I left feeling frustrated and let down.
A couple of days later, I finally had the chance to go back and explain what happened. Kerry was the manager on duty, and from the moment he spoke to me, I could tell he genuinely cared. He listened, apologized for my experience, and offered to make everything fresh. He completely turned my situation around…..the Bo Bites, fries, and biscuit came out hot, seasoned, and delicious, just like Bojangles should be.
Kerry’s kindness, professionalism, and willingness to make things right truly made a difference. Money doesn’t grow on trees, and he understood that I deserved to enjoy the food I paid for. Because of Kerry, I left with a smile and a great meal.

I asked the cashier Trinity if we could wait for chicken that they were cooking. Knowing if our order was filled other customers might have to wait.She was very kind and said yes if that was what we wanted. They were just bringing up fresh chicken but we were waiting on other family members to meet us there.One of he team members bought our food and drinks to the table, he asked if we needed anything else.Very Nice Young Man Named Qwyntavius. One of our party wanted the biscuits cooked browner.There was no argument about more biscuits. When more biscuits came out the oven Qwyntavius served us at our table with a smile and he asked if we needed anything else again.Having a inquiring mind, I asked this young man if he was a shift leader. He said no. I was amazed with the customer service that was given at this unit.
