Taco Bell — Restaurant in College Park

I arrived at this store at approximately 5:30 pm on February 8th 2021. After working a 11:00 hour shift Delivering packages I was hungry but I also ad to use the restroom l. Upon entering the store there were three other customers in front of me. Shaking my leg waiting for my turn the customer in front of me saw me shaking my leg and asked for the key to the restroom for me. The cashier stated that I had to be a paying customer before I use the restroom. I explained to her that I was very hungry that I just had gotten off of work point to my uniform. To please just let me use the restroom. She denied me a second time and said that I had to purchase something first. While I was begging her to let me use the restroom the next employee proceeded to tell me no. The customer in front of me told them I’m with them and that she was going to buy my food. To my surprise the cashier still denied me use of the restroom. We all in the store begging them to let me use the restroom. The manager comes to the front to see what’s the problem. I beg the manager to let me use the restroom and that I was going to pay I just got off work and was very hungry to my surprise he denied me as well at this point I was very upset and disgusted with the treatment I was being given that I took my card out with my ID and put it on the counter and said do I have to give my my card and ID to use the restroom. The manager proceeded to tell me to get me card and leave the store. The employees showed no customer service whatsoever had no heart or compassion at all. I couldn’t make it to another store so I had to pull on the side street behind a bush in the cold to release myself. Unfortunately I use it on myself trying to get my pants down. I was very humiliated and embarrassed. I have never witnessed such disgusting behavior in my life. As if it was gonna hurt them to let me use it before I purchased my food. One I wanted to wash my hands before handling my food. Two who wants to take the food they just bought that they have to put in their mouth in the nasty restroom with them or leave it unattended while they go to the restroom. They literally wanted me to stand in line trying not to pee on myself behind three people pay for food before I use it. Worse store I have ever been to in my 33 years of life. I have worked in customer service for 17 years not once have I ever been so nasty and rude...

I am I Amazon employee. I arrived at this location after work in my work uniform after working a 11 hour shift hungry but needing to use the rest room almost about to pee on myself. It was three people in front of me. The people in front of me asked for the key for me . I was then informed that I would have to purchased something before I could use the restroom. I explained that I was going to buy something to eat but I needed to use the restroom. Again I was told that I had to purchase something before I could use the restroom. Everyone who was in the store begged them to let me in the restroom I was denied a third time. At that point the couple in front of me said that I was with them and the was about to purchase a meal. The manager of the store walked to the front asked the cashier did I come in with them. The cashier proceeded to tell the manager that I wasn’t with them. I was denied a fourth time. Mind you that we all in the store begging for me to use the restroom. Manager still denied me. I was very upset and disgusted at the lack of compassion that the employees had for me. to the point where I took my debit card out of my pocket with my ID put on the counter. The manager proceeded to tell me to get my card and leave the store. I had to pee so bad that I was unable to make it to another store . I ended up using it behind a bush in the cold. Imminent how humiliating this was for me . I will never purchase anything from this store and I will tell everyone I know that this store is the worst store I have ever been to. No one in this store has customer service skills. They are ver unprofessional and disrespectful. It was not one kind hearted person...

I would give 0 stars if I could! Just want to start off by saying I am very disappointed with this location. The quality of service was disgustingly terrible. I was rushed with my order. Then the employee told me I was being rude over the intercom. Which I wasn't at all. Also there were 2 different people talking to me at the same time in an unpleasant manner . When asked for "what drank I want" I replied Sierra Mist a second guy came onto the intercom saying "we ain't got no Sierra Mist pick something else"food was sub par. Got to the window wasn't greeted. When waiting for the rest of my families order the guy at the drive thru with long hair asked me what I was waiting for in a very rude way. Sadly disappointed at this restaurants quality of service reguardless of what "area" it's in. It's still Taco Bell as a brand. Sadness me that the stereotype of the black community will be what me and my family experienced tonight. (I am an African American ) I Will be reaching out to the owner of this restaurant & corporate. These employees would be fired if it was my choice. I would not like a free meal from them. As an "I'm sorry". I feel better warning individuals. I will never dine here again and WILL make sure if any one I know happens to stop by in college park for Taco to NOT come to this location.
