Terrible experience. I encourage all dashers to find a different checkers to contract with. Whether youâre a dasher or just a regular customer, you should receive SOME sort of customer service. However, at this location you will not receive it. Tonight I received two door dash orders. I arrived to the location with 2 cars in front of me. After waiting 20 minutes I was then serviced. No big deal. I then get to the window and Iâm greeted by a lady with long bright red braids. I inform her of my orders and she walks away appearing to go get my orders together. After waiting another 10 minutes, she returns and states that she âforgot about meâ That âthey are very busyâ and to âplease not have an attitudeâ. In confusion I responded âokay.. no attitude hereâ and gave a nice big smile. Another 5 minutes later, another worker with a ombrĂ© wig and bright blue shirt, returns to the window asking for my order. I explained to this worker that I already gave my order to the other worker. She says nothing and closes the widow. After waiting another 10 minutes⊠the lady with the bright red braids returns with ONE of my orders. I proceed to sit for another 10 minutes for my other order. After waiting for 10 minutes and noticing that neither ladies are making eye contact with me, I honk my horn. Both ladies proceed to work and not come to the window. After a few more minutes the lady with the bright blue shirt/ ombrĂ© wig comes to the window seemingly very annoyed, giving me a very disturbed face. I inform her that I need my second order and without asking me for the name, she immediately tells me she does not have it. I ask her why no one informed me of that when I received my 1st order, and explained that I was sitting there waiting. She says âwe donât have your orderedâ. I then ask her if she can please ask the lady with the red long braids who initially serviced me. She says nothing. Rolls her eyes, slams the drive threw window door, and walks away. The two ladies proceed laugh. I sat there for a few more moments, very confused, and STILL hoping they would get the 2nd order. They never came back to the window and with the line building up behind me I unfortunately had to cancel the order. Not only did I miss out on money and a good checkers experience, but so did the customer. I canât say enough, how disappointed I am with this location. I left very upset. Knowone has to have a reason to get food at 12 midnight but here's mine. I get off work at 11pm and checkers is on my way home. I decided to grab dessert since I had already cooked. I grabbed my door dash app and ordered ice cream sundae with 2 pies and a sprite. My total was 7.39. I had already made a terrible mistake and didn't even know it. I figured if I order online my food would be there waiting on my by the time I got there. I was 10 mins away. It's icream and pies. I got there am there was a pretty small line of about 4 cars ahead of me. I pulled up and waited. After 30mins the line hasn't moved. I placed my order at 12:49. It is now 1:22 am I see a car come in and go to the next line so I decided to get in the line also. My second mistake. The women spoke to me and said I needed to get in the other line because this line was for placing orders and online pick-up was the other line. I replied by saying I only had 2pies and ice cream and she ignored me. I pulled forward to the window and she walked away. I pulled back around and got back in line the two cars in front of me had backed out which allowed me to be the next in line it is now 1:47am. I finally got to the window. When they saw it was me. They decided to start preparing all their to go orders just so I could sit more . I waited and waited for a scruffy looking man to finally walk to my window. He didn't say anything. I said "Nikki L" which is the name for my pick up. He said "speak up". I replied Nikki L. He then started to ask if I was having a bad day and started to tell me to just relax. I replied are you having a bad day? I was just ignored and wanted over an hour for ice cream. I am not trying to be rude or anything but I don't want to give you guys another reason to force me to sit here longer. He laughed and walked away. He came back and headed me 2 pies and Sprite. I started to say I am missing m... And was stopped by him holding up a finger. He downed a soda until completion and then said yeah your ice cream and walked away.    Read moreI come here often & the food & service is usually good & fast but the last two visits were not a good experience. Last night, I ordered a 5 piece wing & was told at the window that it would be 5 mins & was told to go around & wait at the other window. Long story short, after about an almost half hour wait, I had to get out of my car (there was a car waiting in front of me for an order at the window) & go knock on the window & ask for my food. The boy at the window looked at me confused as if he didnât know what I ordered. He finally gave me my food & I asked for an apple pie for my wait. No apology or anything in regards to my long wait.
Fast forward to tonight. I placed an order online for another order of wings & it stated that itâll be about 10 mins before theyâre ready. I got to the speaker to tell him my order & asked for a cup of ice. Got to the window & was told to go around to the other window again but I told him that I waited almost 30 minutes for the order I had last night & didnât want to go back over there. He said that I would still need to go over there either way. I then asked him how long would it be because I ordered 10 mins ago. He then paused & said âyeah itâll be about 10 mins.â Annoyed, I went around to the other side. I ended up waiting about 10 mins to get my food just for it not to be hot! That told me that my food was sitting around & I was just told to go around for no reason. I also got some ice that I had to pay .42 cents for & after I pulled off, I looked in the cup & it was barely anything inside (refer to pic below)!
This location has good food but they need to be considerate of the amount of time people have to wait & if there is a wait, let people know so they wonât be in the dark & also, not to look/act clueless when inquiring about food after waiting for a long period of time. Do...
