Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in College Station

I’m writing this as of 6/12/24. Just wanting to know what the store hours are. We were visiting the area and discovered via Google Maps there was an Einstein Bros. In College Station. Drove by, but when attempting to enter found that the doors were locked. According to Google, they are open for business, and according to the QR Code which stated “scan for business hours” they were supposedly open for business. At this point, we would just like to know if they’re still open in general? Could they be closed for Summer? Do you have to have student/staff access to purchase food from the establishment? Is there a customer service phone line? My wife and I really love Einstein Bros. and look forward to visiting one, which is the nearest to where we currently live. Can anyone provide further...

The food is good, but the the manager is extremely rude, and expects you to wear your mask even while sitting down. If you stand in the wrong place while waiting for your food, she’ll yell at you. If you don’t stand EXACTLY on the little sticker while in line, she’ll yell at you. I came in with a sprained ankle the other day, and promptly got yelled at for simply leaning on a table that was marked off for “social distancing.” There were no other tables available, partially because the manager had left her binder on one of them and wasn’t allowing people to use it.

I have come here a lot as a student because they take dining dollars. Their bagels are good, and I usually get a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel for breakfast when I come. I will admit that the people working do not have the best attitudes, but they work in a very stressful environment and I’m not going to be mad about that.
