Because you don’t like someone’s review you accuse them of putting in a false review. Considering you have a 3.5 on yelp, travel advisor and I see many 1 star reviews on google clearly I am not the only one that has an issue w your food despite you saying no one complains. Also find it funny you don’t address the fact you left half my order out of the bag or your staffs attitude. Instead of taking responsibility for messing up you just accuse the reviewer of being wrong. Again shows how you treat customers is not right. I provide a review as I see fit based on the service! Believe me I already was taking my business elsewhere. Will continue to tell everyone I know how you treat customers. First time here. Food and customer service was horrible!! First issue did delivery and they left half the order out so one person in the family had nothing to eat. Second their breakfast quesadillas and tacos are horrible. No seasoning in the eggs, they don’t scramble them well before cooking so lots of scrambled egg whites. If I wanted scrambled egg whites I’d ask for them them. Third, they don’t bother to chop the meat up and scramble them in the eggs. A bacon breakfast taco or quesadilla came w a slice of bacon laid on top! Really they can’t do better than that for the price they pay just lazy. Little hole in the wall places do a lot better. Lastly their customer service sucks. When I called about the missing dish the girls response was “ok” basically did not care they screwed an order up and did not bother to offer an apology or anything!!! I will be sure to tell everyone to avoid this place as there are a lot of Mexican restaurants that care about their customers and getting...

Been passing El Paisa for almost a year and been saying that I would stop by. Today was finally the day and I am so glad I did. I was thw only person in the drive through so I took my time checking out their menu. I liked that they had a variety of items including chips and dips, tacos, and burritos--including combos! So, I got two of their Carne asada and el pastor tacos and a small side of beans. I waited at the drive through for over five minutes, but it was worth it as everything was super fresh. I loved that the refried beans actually had bean chunks in it. They were super soft, but hearty as well.

The tacos were super delicious! I love that they were large and stuffed with meat and toppings!! Wow! Was not expecting this for like $2 a taco! The meat was tender and seasoned well.

Minus one star for the weird taste of the salsa. I was not a fan of any of the three varieties. I would be back to...

My family used to love this place and we eat here 1 or 2 time a week before the remodel. The food has definitely declined in quality but at time was still good. However the manager Ruby is the most unprofessional person I have ever delt with. We had a bad experience with her and returned our untouched order for a refund that she refused. We had to speak with Noe who made sure we got our refund. It had been a month and today went to pick up food for my mother. The girl in the drive_thru was very nice and I thought things might have changed for the better but then Ruby recognized me and decided to entervine just for the sake of being petty, disrespectful and unprofessional FOR NO REASON!
