Wingstop — Restaurant in Collier Township

Well I can't give a review based on the food, as I did not get any. Went online and placed an order, went in to get my food and the guy at the register said oh yeah we dont have it your money will be back on your card in 2-4 days. First off, nobody could call me? Second when I asked for a manager they handed me a phone to talk to the "store manager" who clearly didn't care about the issue. They stated they were having issues with the online orders, when I asked if they put out a statement they proceeded to tell me no and that I'd get my money back in 2-4 days. I've never dealt with a place this incompetent. The only good thing about this place is that there is Rivals right across from it. Do not order online unless you want them just taking your money and talking to you like you have no idea what you're talking about. Absolutely horrible establishment. Take your money to another place where they actually treat customers with respect. Oh yeah want to know what they offered for me driving there, taking my money, and not telling me my food was never going to be served? Absolutely nothing. I ordered over the phone for the first time and it wasn’t even the actual restaurant. I ordered wings half mild buffalo and half garlic parm. I told them that I wanted all drums and no flat wings. The wings were VERY dry, hardly ANY sauce, and I told them I wanted ranch dressing. I then went and picked up the wings and when they told me the price and showed me the receipt, I was shocked at all the extra charges that I was NOT told about when I placed my order on the phone. I got charged $2.00 for all drums, and $1.50 for each ranch. When I picked up the wings, the guy told me they were out of ranch and they gave me blue cheese instead. I’m allergic to blue cheese. So they just assumed that would be okay. I told him to remove the charge for the ranch since I didn’t get what I ordered. If you’re going to have a charge for all drums, then that should be explained when placing the order. I will be calling them about that as well or stopping by there. If you want really good wings for the money that you will pay, go to Wings, Suds, & Spuds, or Big Shot Bobs House of Wings. Waaaaay better! I only went to Wingstop because they were open late....

Went here for a quick dinner. We were hopeful it would be good. First issue was they had a button on their machine for Hi-C orange but only actually had fruit punch. Not a deal breaker but annoying. Once our wings came out (6 pc Cajun), I thought they gave me the wrong wings because they were clearly Buffalo. When I asked the lady she said no those are Cajun. I tried eating them but all I tasted was buffalo, so I asked again and then was told their cajun is mixed with their Buffalo sauce, which is odd. Ladies solution to the lack of Cajun flavor was to just dump more of the powder on my wings. Which did not help at all. The seasoned fries are also really weird. They have sugar on them with salt and other seasoning. I could not finish them. The dining area was also not clean. My shoes stuck to the floor. Will not be back again. Customer service was sub-par in my opinion. Also, watch one of the workers come back from the restroom and "wash" her hands. She didnt have her hands under the water for more then 5 seconds and then dried them like she actually washed...
