I popped in the other day when Nautical Bowls closed early out of nowhere, and I had a lovely meal. I ordered the "wet wedge" salad, which I was warned was spicy due to the bacon-serrano jam. I decided to add portobello mushroom to make the dish a bit "heartier" for dinner. The salad did not disappoint! The Jam was delicious, and by the end my mouth was pleasantly ablaze. I didnt have time to stay for my dessert, so I took it to go, but highly recommend the Strawberry Sunrise cake! It's made in house, the portion was huge (great for the price), and the flavors were all there and felt very fresh. I actually had a little shredded of actual orange zest in mine. Nice space, they have a rather large t.v. for sports, so I'm sure it's a good place to catch a game and a meal, and they had several happy hour specials on drafts and apps to help you wind down after work. Will return again sometime!

We have been here before and the service/food has been awesome. We decided to sit on their “patio” and planned on eating dinner. We got an appetizer of pickles, you can literally get more at Texas Roadhouse for less and they aren’t as greasy. As for our service, it was awful. We did not get any silverware or napkins. My boyfriend waited for his beers forever. We planned to eat dinner like I had stated but we felt the bartender/server did not care to keep customers here except for her bar guest.

Unfortunately the bottleshop is not what it use to be, looking back to when i stopped seeing eric was when things started to go downhill, since then and ive heard im not the only one to feel this way that their own brew now sadly tastes like a poor man's PBR Draft. It doesnt seem to have stopped there , it seems alot of new faces seem to come and go more than not which ruins the experience for its seasoned and long time customers. I have come to the Bottleshop so many times throughout the years its been open and do not like lately since Eric has been gone it seems anyone i use to know that worked for years are no longer there and have been replaced and from what ive heard are all due to not being liked or something even more childish than that, and at no fault to their own of course. I think the People at the Top when it comes to the Bottleshop need to self reflect and for once listen to a bad review to get better instead of hide it somehow and pay for 5 star reviews. it makes the Bottleshop Look Good from afar. Firing all of your good employees and replacing them with sheep is self destruction. they like blind followers instead of leaders. Just seems like someone other than the Owner is Controlling things or doing something thats causing the Owner to just not Care for whatever reason, but I hope He comes to realize this was 1 of dozens of times where he went wrong, hopefully that day never comes and youll Listen to the People keeping your doors open and your Lights on and we can get back to the BottleShop Everyone knows and...

Horrible experience. 6 of us came around lunch time and 5 people got their drinks, I personally had to wait 20 minutes for mine. 5 people received their meals at wildly different times. 1 persons meal was brought out more than 30 minutes after the first meal (which just happened to be the same exact meal, and requires us asking about it more than once). They ended up bringing it out with a box because it took so long and we were already asking for our checks. When my friend stated she should probably get her meal for free (understandably considering it came out as we we almost about to leave and literally every person had finished their meal) the one waitress gave a snotty remark that it wasn’t their fault, but she can have the meal for free. I came to find out it was our first waitresses FIRST day and it appeared she was doing a large majority of the work behind the bar taking orders. How you can have someone on their first day basically fend for themselves (regardless of how much staff you have at the time) is beyond me. She was nice and didn’t say anything negative, but I felt terrible for her. I also noticed other staff just “hanging out” behind the bar, while she put in work…poor poor management in my opinion. No manager ever came up to address anything with us. I never write reviews but this experience made me so upset I felt like...

My family of 15 reserved the brunch buffet for a Sunday afternoon, and unfortunately, we left very disappointed. The space where we were seated felt odd, but we understood it was a bar area with limited room, so that wasn’t a major concern. What was most surprising was that we had no server the entire time. A pitcher of coffee, water, and the food were simply dropped off, and that was the extent of the service. No one checked in, took drink orders, or asked if we needed anything. At one point, a waitress stopped by and said, “I don’t know if I’m supposed to serve you or not,” but she never returned. The setup was also disappointing. We were given styrofoam plates, plastic forks, and take-out cups for coffee and water, with no napkins or knives provided. I couldn’t even find anyone to ask for them. As for the food, we ordered eggs, bacon, potatoes, and pancakes, and thankfully, it was very good. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations. I don’t think it’s fair to advertise a brunch buffet for large parties if the service and setup are going to be handled...
