I have been a regular here since they opened, and almost every single time I have experienced bad service from the staff. I always brushed it off, but I decided to just stop coming at this point. Nobody ever smiles or greets me properly, and for some reason they always seem annoyed. When I went today, the woman and man behind the counter were looking at me weird the whole time and just very short with me while taking my order, but when another woman came in shortly after to ask a question they were at least somewhat polite. In addition to this, when I was with my daughter in the play area (it wasnât even 6:30 yet and they close at 7), they came in and started cleaning and the man working came and literally picked up the toys she was playing with and put them away right in front of us. I understand they close in less than a hour but can he not find something else to do rather than pick up the few toys my daughter took out to play with? Thatâs what did it for me , I was extremely uncomfortable and my 2 yr old daughter even looked confused. I immediately got up and left to the ice cream place next door , which had wayyy better customer service and a kids play area as well. I will...

The workers are so sweet and I love that they typically play worship/Christian music in the cafe. I also love that they sell coffee made by a Christian brand. The bathrooms are always so clean and every bathroom has a changing station for parents of littles. If you're looking for mom friends its best to go in the morning because morning to noon is when all the awesome stay-at-home mamas show up with their kiddos and it can be quite busy. After noon, it isn't so busy or loud and that's my...

The chocolate croissant they served was a disappointment - it was over warmed and ended up like rock-hard, so I had to ask for a replacement without warming them. Sadly, the new ones weren't any better. What really took the cake was the poor service: the staff seemed clueless about the issue and didn't seem to care. They weren't very polite or attentive, and I was surprised to see them laughing as they handed over the replacement pastries. On the plus side, the ambiance was great, and the indoor play area for kids was nice. Maybe they'll get it...
