3rd time and still can't get it right. I have gone to the 3675 S Houston Levee in Collierville, TN location 3 times now, ordering the Smokehouse meal. This is what the McDonald's site states should be on the burger. McDonald's Bacon Smokehouse Burger features a quarter-pound beef patty, thick-cut apple- wood smoked bacon, bacon-onion sauce, crispy onion strings, white cheddar cheese, and sweet mustard sauce on a toasted Artisan roll.
EVERY time the burger has been made incorrectly. One time it did not have the bacon, the fried onion strings, the sweet mustard sauce or the bacon-onion sauce. If you expect me to pay a premium price - you REALLY need to get the burger right!!!
I just don't know what is happening to McDonald's. Orders are frequently wrong, fry containers are only half full (literally), the fries get cold almost instantly now, the Diet Coke doesn't even taste right anymore, diet Dr. Pepper is no longer offered. It just seems that with each "improvement" that things get worse. They now advertise that the quarter pounders are cooked fresh and hot with each order. I know that for me personally, since that change went into effect that my quarter pounders have been even less warm than before - which I didn't think was possible.
I know they are trying to change with the times, but in the case of McDonald's....it just isn't working. THINGS ARE GETTING WORSE with each change made. I am just about to the only time I eat there is breakfast and the one breakfast sandwich I order is too expensive. I foresee in the near future my longstanding relationship with McD's ending. I've given them hundreds of opportunities to improve and win me back for the last few years and it is just not happening. Read moreUtter lack of organization and management! We stopped in for ice cream tonight. They took our order for 4 dipped cones, take our cash and close the register. She comes back 2 minutes later and says "Sorry, our Ice Cream machine has been broken all day." If your machine is broken, tell your customers before you take their money! We ask for our money back and she gets a blank look on her face. 5 minutes pass and still no money, so we ask again and the blank faced cashier tells us only the manager can open the resister to process our refund and she is outside. We look and the “so-called” manager working at 7:30 PM on 4/3/2016 is outside besides her car taking a personal call on her cell phone while we wait… none of the employees dares to interrupt the manager while we (the customer) wait. After 10 minutes the manager comes inside and acts like it’s a burden to have to refund us. The employees and manager had the gall to talk about how unreasonable we were as we left. Read moreI through the drive-thru and order an unsweetened tea. After paying at the first window, the young lady at the second window asked what I ordered. I told her twice an unsweetened tea. I received a sweet tea. I checked before I left the parking lot but was no longer at the window. I had to go inside. I waited behind two people and as a person I assume was an off-duty worker. The young lady at the register did not respond to previous customers saying hello. When it came to me, she turned and began holding a personal conversation with the other workers and the young man leaning (stomach flat on the counter). She took out her phone as well. Finally realizing that I was there, I explained that my tea was sweet. She rolled her eyes and asked if I wanted them to make it. I told her “yes, since I had to get out of my car.” She laughed and handed me an empty cup. I asked for the manager and explained the unprofessionalism.
