Dunkin' — Restaurant in Collingdale

I refuse to give this place my money given the way they continuously mistreat their customers. This morning the young lady manning the drive through was despicable to my husband when he asked for a moment to review the menu (he was getting a box of donuts for work). She said "oh my gooood" loudly into the microphone. My husband responds saying "that seems like alot for 7am, you just opened." She responded, "dont talk to me like that!" I demanded we leave because I dont play about food handlers with nasty attitudes. And I wont support a food service business that doesnt appreciate the logic behind not letting disgruntled people handle my food and drink. I would recommend another DD but fr fr I dont know who owns any of these locations and consumerism is killing...

By far the best dunkin in delco & philly. I will take a long drive to this dunkin just because of the employees in the morning shift. I have been coming here almost daily for over a year if not longer. I like to drink a medium frozen coffee with just the cream & sugar it comes with. I also buy coffee for family, friends and clients & they can tell the difference between the coffee made here verses other dunkin shops. Most of the morning shift employees know me & can make a really delicious coffee. The employees are angels. The store is clean and most importantly they wash their machines and do a fabulous job of making yummy drinks. Hope non of the morning staff leave this store because they are the reason why this store...

My first time here, I went with a co-worker and ordered a small hot chocolate and a turkey snack wrap. Not only did they not give me my receipt, but they gave me my coworker's order. So as I'm standing around waiting for mine, it was about 5 servers back there doing nothing and about 10 minutes later, they ask me what I ordered, I told them and they gave me my hot chocolate, but not my wrap. So I'm standing there again for 5 more minutes and they ask what I was waiting for, i told them again and they gave me my wrap. The visit was about 20 minutes long. I decided to go again one morning and their door is locked and I went at the same time I did before. I'm not going back to that...
