I ordered at 8pm Sunday March 26, 2023. They play tricks to give you old, hard discolored donuts from the back. They didn't do it to a middle-aged white guy that was there but they did for a Spanish speaking couple in front of me and then myself, AA. I wish I would have read the reviews first to not even come here, but I also was smart enough to ask for what was visible. The negative reviews seem to be made by a lot of younger people... I am NEVER coming back and letting all of Collingswood know how terrible this place was and the tricks they try to play to not only give me old glazed donuts but also super dark/hard ones. Make sure that you're seeing WHERE they pulled them from and NEVER take the "warmed up donuts" from the back. RICHARD with the long beard and longer finger nails and dirty hands tried to get me BOTH ways. But are stale versions. I came in for 3 original glazed donuts and the guy never grabbed from the top right shelf but had them already packaged and wanted me to meet him at the register. I asked if I could see them and he agreed but said that he JUST packaged them for a lady who changed her mind a second ago. They were dark brown and looked like the glaze was super old and peeling. 2 rows below the glazed shelf there is another with old looking donuts that are almost a dark brown. That is why I was watching where he pulled them from. Then I asked to get the 3 at the top and he paused and said that if I wanted he could give me some freshly cooked ones that were heated and I declined. I like to visibly see my stuff in an area where all food is out and I'm SO GLAD because all of the reviews say those were old AF and hard as a rock. Why haven't they sold them yet?! If they are yesterday's donuts that's disgusting. It's almost close of business time today. Not to mention the donuts are SUPER TINY and barely fit the packaging. They're about 2/3 of their usual length and width each. You're almost getting one less donut in a pack of 3. What a ripoff and WAAAAAYYY TOO MANY GAMES PLAYED FOR A DONUT SHOP. Plus, this guy's nails were so long and dirty, I just threw my ish away.

I am extremely disappointed that no where did it say that the shop was going to be closed because you didn’t have any doughnuts until I get to the door. I checked the website before Ieft and me and my family do this once a month where we have a Krispy Kreme morning and now I drove out here to beat everyone else awake this morning and there is a sign on the door. It’s 2022 and their are better ways to let your loyal customers know you won’t be open. No real defense could even be offered. This should have been put on the website so I knew that Ishouldnt even take the drive here.Truly disappointed and frankly quite angry. It’s not 1995 and we only have signs to communicate this type of major change.

So hit up Krispy Kreme after the boys haircuts because we never had them before. And rarely drive by this area. First impression was they are pretty small. Single donuts range between $1.39 -$1.59 at first glance, so a little pricy as well. Kids loved their glazed AND strawberry frosted. Hubby and i not a fan of the original glaze. Tasted too sweet (like artificial sweetener) and chocolate covered creme was "ok", not much better than Dunkin.... our conclusion was it was ok. Not AWESOME. definitely over-rated. You can get a better donut at a majority of Mom and Pop run bakeries.

Early yesterday morning my son and I went into this Krispy Kreme location in search of the Harry Potter donuts. When we arrived even at 6:30 in the morning it was absolutely slammed with other people who wanted to get in on the fun. Once we got to the donuts we were happy to see they looked exactly like the pictures in the advertisements. They looked as if they could have been the model donuts.

But for as good as the donuts were, the two staff members who were working so incredibly hard, were even better. Christina and Crystal were the only two workers there and let me tell you they managed an enormous amount of people in a reasonably short amount of time (all things considered), graciously, professionally, and kindly.

I was really impressed when I saw these two ladies interacting with one another as one was filling boxes and dealing with the drive-thru and the other was doing drinks and all sorts of things and running the main register. At one point Christina needed a box of the Harry Potter donuts and just the way she went over to some Crystal put together and asked her politely if she could take one of those boxes. Honestly there are a lot of places and a lot of people where a lot less than that kind of stress would have caused workers to be snippy and rude to each other and the customers but not these two. They were just wonderful.

At one point I did try to use the ladies room but I couldn't because it was filled with paper towels that some bonehead shoved in the toilet between opening and 6:30 in the morning. I do want to say I think it's really unfair to expect two people to manage the drive-thru, the donuts, the drinks, the registers, the superior customer service they provided, bathroom maintenance, and everything else by themselves.

My son got more than donuts yesterday- he also got a little life lesson from Christina and Crystal on how to have a strong work ethic and keep doing your 100% best even...

The employees that I had to deal with on 2/16/2024 were an absolute disgrace to the company, with exception to Crystal. I don't understand how a group of people can COMPLETELY screw up an order and thsn give you an attitude when you go back to get the proper food that you ordered. Shame on that young man with glasses and shaggy hair who initially gave me am attitude. Shame on the overweight muddle aged woman who was quick to come over, tell at me, and berate me. Shame on all of the employees who refused to give me the names of the employees who refused to give me the names so their actions could be held accountable. Major props to Crystal who pulled me to the side and fixed my order and showed me kindness. DOUBLE SHAME on the little boy with glasses who happened to answer the phone 10 minutes ago when I called today to complain. I said "You're the guy who gave me an attitude yesterday, cam I have your name?" He literally laughed at me and told me "I don't have to give that to you" To the owner of this franchise: I worked in customer service and sales for many years and this is unacceotable! This store really started going downhill when employees like Alicia left. Do something to fix the attitudes of these employees. This is no way for you to maintain a proper business with employees like this. Even the lady who walked out behind me as i was leaving was shocked with the way the employees acted and made a...
