Hurricanes Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Collinsville

I've been coming to this bar since I was a little girl with my mom and dad. I always loved their wings. Tonight, I got a strong craving for Hurricane's wings, so I walked uptown to get some. I've never been treated so poorly there. The bartender was very rude and completely ignored me, even when she was right next to me and I was asking her for a to-go box(so I had to leave behind some of my wings, which is disappointing when you paid for 10 wings) sand she was also giving her attention to the other patrons in the bar, but never checking on me after she handed me my food until I loudly told her I wanted to close my tab(she heard that!)

Very strange and very disappointing experience. I've been coming here for years and don't understand why I was treated so poorly when all I wanted was to have a few drinks and some wings

On the upside, the wings were so amazing that I couldn't stop...

A bartender, Sophie, threw a FULL can of beer at my friend's head while my friend was waiting for an Uber outside of the bar before the bar was even closed. The can hit my friend in the head and split it open?! She now has a gash on her face. It was obvious Sophie was drunk on the job. How do you just go around chucking full beer cans at customers and then get in their face and call them derogatory names and still have a job?! Seriously I hope the police get involved. That is...

My boyfriend and I went here on a recommendation. I would love to rate the food, however after over an hour we still hadn't received anything. My boyfriend spoke to our server and the bartender at different times and both were very dismissive, stating that sometimes the kitchen can take awhile to make the food. I'm not sure why it took over an hour and we still hadn't gotten 12 wings (which were the special that night), however I can say I shall not be going back to this...
