When I first met Ryan Haislar at a conference for IT professionals, I was used to meeting with people who have had less than 10 years of experience. I was amazed when I found out that he has 22. I understand now that he came up from the grass roots building personal machines for people and now has moved into providing awesome IT support for local businesses in the St. Louis area. I have a few retail stores where about half of our business is rentals. We had to move around some of our computers and upgrade our rental program all at the same time. Everything stopped working and we actually had to close our store because we couldn't rent anything without our program working.
