Poor service. 2 of my boots were getting water in for some reason and I took them back they refused to change it they said, because nobody haven’t take anything back, so I probably don’t recommend anyone of my friends. If anyone has problems plz bring boots back so they can know they some of the boots has problems. One of the guys there said more then 90% of the boots they have or (order) are refurbish that why they can give good discount. Anything they say about they warranty is not true. I came in to see if I could get my boots stretched on Wednesday and was told by Louis that shouldn’t be a problem. Told me they would be ready by Saturday and if I came in before noon Louis would still be there. I went to get my boots, tried them on to make sure they fit. They fit perfectly I was so excited my Frye boots fit me. He complimented my boots and told me how to take care them told me to not wear them in nasty weather because the chemicals will discolor them. I would recommend this shop to anyone. And I will...

They have SAS shoes. American made. What's not to like about that. Buy USA...Right. Nice looking shoes. They have tennies and sort of dressy for the ladies. Taos dress sandals. Classy for the ladies. But they have BOOTS. Quality made boots. Also, I kind of left you gentleman out but they have top brand tennies for you to. New Balance for the ladies and you guys too. A sortment of great socks. Last but not least...the sales people are supper nice. Just a great place to check out in down town...
