Heritage is such a great addition to downtown Collinsville! You can tell the menu items are carefully curated vs offering the same food as the bar next door. We got burgers and they did not disappoint!! I opted to onion rings for my side (10/10) and my other half got fries cooked in Beef Tallow (also 10/10)

The atmosphere and staff were amazing!! I ordered a spicy Bloody Mary made with their house-infused spicy pickle vodka and it was perfection.

Atmosphere was ok, bartender friendly.Food need flavor. From traveling and going to so many restaurants in country, out of country or what have you. This wasnt satisfying at all. Nothing was seasoned but the fries with salt. Mozarella sticks was the best item on the menu.Chicken greasy lack flavor, the honey hot taste like honey straight out the jar and red pepper. Nachos below basic and burger not packing any flavor. Agoin atmosphere and bartender was ok...

What a disappointment. The place was nearly deserted ( on a Saturday night) yet it took about an hour to get our meal. First, we sat on the back patio since it was freezing cold inside. (Which meant there were no TVs on the patio...bad for a "sports bar", right?) The kitchen couldn't handle the15 people there, plus was just average (chicken kabob, fries, chicken sammi).
