Used to be better. We have had several issues this year. From ice in drinks that said “no ice” on the order, to items being missing and issues with correcting errors with the app. The ice might not seem like an issue to some but we don’t want it for two reasons, 1 our town was known to have PFAS in the water months ago and 2 the storage of ice is not 100% sanitary and I am extremely immunocompromised. We have been served soda where the syrup and carbonation have been awful, but were given a nasty product anyways. This has happened 40% of the time.
I will mention the employees at the windows have gotten nicer, for a while there was a young brunette that did not greet and often didn’t speak during our entire interaction. She would always have a displeased look on her face which was not very welcoming.
My last issue is the mobile app which I’ll review separately in the App Store. It glitches out every single time we use it. From being unable to complete orders or items disappearing and needing to be added to the bag repeatedly. We had an issue today where a reward showed being added and my total was $25 and change but then as soon as I submitted, my total updated to $31 and change. I immediately went in to cancel, within 1-2 seconds but it would not allow me to do so. My reaction was instant so I should have been allowed to cancel it. My husband picked the order up on his way home from work and I was on the phone with him and the manager did nothing to help. This is why we will not visit the location any longer. The situation was not rectified or even attempted to be resolved and they claimed the food was already made by the time he got there. Read moreI use to work in food service so I know how people can be but the way I was treated by the staff tonight was completely unacceptable and honestly made me cry. I am a frequent Taco Bell customer so I have the mobile app. I ordered 3 supreme soft tacos and recieved 3 regular ones. So I turned back around to get new ones because I wanted to get what I payed for. I understand mistakes happen so I come back and explained and they were happy to make more for me which I greatly appreciated. Unfortunately they were regular again. So I came around again and I didn’t want to be wasteful or make anyone work harder so I asked for just tomatoes and sour cream. I was told no and that I would have to pay for them. When it was something I should’ve had in the first place. They told me they thought I accidentally ordered supreme instead of regular but that wasn’t the case and I’m sorry they miss heard me. When I was told no and I would have to pay for my tomatoes and sour cream I just pulled off. The manager slammed the window as I left. I have never been made to feel so small and helpless. Read moreThey are NEVER open at night when their hours state they are open till Midnight or later. Typical long lines and rushed food. It would be nice if the employees would actually stay open instead of closing when they feel like it. Just to sit inside, talk and hangout as if they aren’t at their place of work. This store definitely needs a better management team.
Update and adding more negative things to say about this TERRIBLE location. Hours are always wrong, lobby is never open. The employees are trash and couldn’t be friendly if they tried it seems, the GM is trash and takes care of NOTHING and good luck getting a call returned from them, the food is trash and always has to be corrected, also how do you only take one car at a time through drive thru? WOW! corporate should drop this location at this point since it seems so hard to run a Taco Bell?😂 it’s pathetic! I do not like leaving such nasty reviews. But their one specific employee, James, is a nasty, rude, aggressive man who is typically on the window. He rushes you through your order, he is so incredibly mean, and then when you try to say anything he will slam the window in your face repeatedly.
