Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Coloma Charter Township

I have not yet tasted my flat. However, what I am rating this visit on is knowledge, honesty and customer service of employees. I will be the first to admit that i'm not real app savy sometimes. So when I came to this particular Pizza Hut, I asked if they could help me, and the first girl seemed really put out that I was asking for help. Then, who I believe to be a manager came to the counter but I figured it out on my own by then. I did explain that I did not know what a flat was. And not once, did anyone try to explain to me what it was. I then asked if I could please order it with extra sauce and she said no. So as i'm waiting for my order to be prepared.Or went out to my car.I called another location and asked them if I ordered a flat if I could order it with extra sauce.You know, like I would a pizza with extra sauce and they said yes, I then called another location.And asked them the same question.And they also said, yes.So i'm not exactly sure why I was told the dislocation.I could not order my flat with extra sauce.I wanted it cooked into the pizza.So I ended up having to order a cup of extra sauce which I don't mind paying for but I wanted the sauce cooked in with the pizza flat. There is a help wanted sign in the window.And I hope they can hire somebody here that knows what's really going on..

The food was actually pretty good, but not quite what I was hoping for I probably wouldn't have ordered it if I would have actually known what it was. Yes, I did have a description in the app.But I was trying to get more information, but none was forthcoming.You live...

I was in town visiting my sister who has lost her husband and her pastor and few other went to get her out of the house and they was about 11or 12 of us and when we went and told the girl setting people that there would be 12of us she literally ROLLED her eyes let out a Big sigh.And started truly slamming tables together. Then we what a older lady from the church that has stomach issues and all if she could have a cup of hot water with lemon and the girl bluntly said No. So when the Pastor's wife hearted that she went up to the counter and told a mother work e she was told no and they gave her the chip off hot water. But really when do you Roll your eyes to a group of 12 and we are very good tippers but besides that. It's how your pay check is made by the customers and my sister's Pastor said they go there often but want sure if they would go bank any time soon. I know when I go back up in two weeks it's not a place I would rush back to and I absolutely love your bone out wings and you pizza. But it was the worse service u have ever had. And I really didn't want to give a one star...

I put in my order at 8:57 this evening and it is now 10:13 and I still don't have it paid for it with my card tip the driver with my card my food is still not here I called and asked Pizza Hut where was my food they said it was almost here that was about 40 minutes then they called me about 20 minutes ago and asked if I was coming to pick up my pizza I said really I just talked to you people I paid for it already it's for delivery what the hell and then they said oh gosh someone must have changed it to carry out but there's a driver on the way that was about 20 minutes ago I will never order from Coloma Pizza Hut ever again in my life and I used to order from them a whole lot but never again after that also it's sad that they make us give you one star when you deserve zero Stars just to...
