Upon making my order this morning through the drive through, I ordered 4 sausage egg and cheese biscuits, 2 with med combos. Both of the combos were to be with sweet tea and hi c no ice. When I got to the window both of my orders were small, hi c had ice in it and she handed me my food. when she handed me my card and receipt she shoved the receipt and card into my hand and dropped my straws. After leaving the drive through I realized none of my sandwhiches had cheese, my hash browns were old & my sausages were all old! I turned back around to have my order remade went inside and told the manager I asked for cheese on all my sandwhiches and she didn’t charge me for none of the cheese and as I was going to tell the manager I’d pay for the cheese the same employee interrupted and said with the most rude attitude “SHE DIDNT PAY FOR THE CHEESE!” Which then escalated into the employee Jasmine and I to start an argument inside of the store. She was raising her voice so did I! Then the manager standing right in front of me didn’t say anything to the employee but then put her hand up to me to shush me up. Some kind of management! After the manager asked me if I wanted hash browns I told her no I wanted my sandwhiches only. Jasmine then walked up to the employee standing next to the heat chute and looked me up and down and started snatching some stuff from the receipt printer. Not to mention I’m 8 months pregnant and this is the kind of behavior managers let employees get away with in front of customers! Read moreThe food here is typical Hardee's fare, good and filling. The employees, however, seemed very irate to even be taking an order from a customer. The woman handling the drive-through sounded more frustrated with every item my husband relayed for our order, throwing in comments like "Lord Jesus, what else?" when our order was straightforward regular sandwiches off of the menu with no special instructions or anything. It seemed we had upset her simply by ordering food. While relaying our total, she mistook his saying "uh huh" for not having heard her and mocked "huh?" back at him, in a tone of voice that seemed to imply he should feel stupid for not having heard her. She continued with this type of attitude through out the transaction. I think that even if you're the pickiest type of customer (and I am usually the person who balks at putting my server through extra hassle), you should be able to order food that a restaurant is offering to sell without dealing with rudeness from an employee as if you've done something wrong by bringing your business there. Read moreThis place needs to be cleaned asap. No tea was made at all, took 25 minutes to get a sausage and gravy and a country fried steak biscuit. It took them 20 minutes to take two orders while running the drive thru with 6 cars in line. And I really felt bad for the Uber eats people because their tips are also based on the fast service. People in the Drive-Thru were coming back in because their orders were wrong. They had plenty of employees there but some really didn't care to work. It's like they can't afford to fire anyone. Two young girls were running everything in the front by themselves. The bathroom smells like the Las Vegas truck stop seriously. Trash all on the floor, tables dirty, soda machine area was gross and dirty. It's crazy because this is the second Hardee's that I have been to in the last couple weeks and I don't know which one was worse. There's no way that they have health department inspections or they would be shut down. The filth in this place has been here for years.
