Here are some pointers if you are stopping by this fine establishment.

Even if there are no other cars in line behind you, you should be prepared to park for around 10 minutes while your food just sits on the counter. No need to worry, they will realize that someone needs to bring it out to your car. Now don't drive off just yet... If you made any special requests like "no cheese" you will want to check your order before departing, and for good reason... No matter how clear your request was, they definitely put cheese on it anyway. This is normal, just walk inside to ask politely for the burger to be remade. Hey it's a little inconvenient but they will likely let you keep the first burger also! Now again you may be tempted to leave as soon as they hand you the new burger, but you should just confirm they got it right this time by making eye contact and saying "No cheese, right?"... GREAT! You have your order, plus a second bonus burger you didn't really want and won't be able to eat... You did fantastic!

One last thing.

You may be mildly annoyed on your drive home, this is normal and won't last long. Soon enough you can sit down by the TV and lay out your meal. You will take a few bites and be delighted to find that there is a surprising amount of cheese melted to the underside of your burger patty. You see, the staff at Carl's Jr. knows the importance of calcium in your diet. It's exactly the same as when you were a child and your mother would trick you into eating vegetables... Carl's Jr hides the cheese to make sure you grow up to be big and strong.

Hit and miss service and food quality. Out of probably 30 visits I have had 10 small problems with the food, the drinks or the employees. One day the burgers are hot, fresh and made with care. Fries are crispy and the drink has plenty of flavor. The next day fries are cold or soggy, burger is sloppily thrown in its bag with most of the condiments on the outside of the bun and the soda tastes like carbonated water. I have had one early visit through the drive through where I was not greeted for about 1.5 minutes. Sad because when this establishment is on its game everything is great and I end up coming back. But there must be a few bad employees who are ruining their entire reputation. Going to be a big problem for them once there are more competitors in...

Not sure where the 5 star ratings are coming from, but they must have selected the wrong location. Worst customer service experience ever. The drive through girl was very short and rude. Pretty sure she hates her job. Food over cooked and looked like it had been sitting there for hours. We ordered bacon cheese fries and got guacamole and pico fries, with no cheese and very soggy. All we can say is, wow. Lesson learned. We won’t be returning. I can’t believe I’m going to say this, but fast food joints have tanked in general, and looking forward to when AI takes over and we don’t have to deal with these people that couldn’t care less about what they serve people to eat and how they act to...
