"Spill the Tea" in Colorado Springs is a gem that stands out in the crowded world of boba tea shops. From the moment you step inside, you're greeted by a warm and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure every guest feels welcome. Their hospitality is unparalleled; they take the time to explain the menu and offer suggestions, making the experience enjoyable for both first-timers and seasoned boba enthusiasts. The efficiency of the staff is another highlight. Even during peak hours, they handle orders with remarkable speed and accuracy. The wait time is minimal, which is especially impressive considering the wide variety of drinks and food items they offer. They have clearly streamlined their processes to provide quick service without sacrificing quality. This efficiency extends to their online ordering system as well, which is user-friendly and allows for a smooth pick-up or delivery experience. One of the most convenient aspects of "Spill the Tea" is its location at 162 Tracker Dr #100 in Colorado Springs. It's easily accessible, with ample parking available, making it an ideal spot for a quick stop or a relaxed hangout. Whether you're looking to grab a refreshing drink after a hike or need a cozy spot to work or catch up with friends, this place has you covered. The ambiance is casual and inviting, with comfortable seating and a clean, modern aesthetic that makes you want to linger a little longer. But what truly sets "Spill the Tea" apart is the quality and deliciousness of their offerings. They have a diverse menu that caters to all taste buds, from classic milk teas to innovative fruit teas and slushes. Their boba is always perfectly chewy, and the flavors are spot-on, whether you’re in the mood for something rich and creamy or light and fruity. The food menu is equally impressive, featuring Asian fusion delights like banh mi sandwiches, spring rolls, and noodle bowls that are bursting with flavor and freshness. Every bite and sip is a testament to their commitment to quality. Moreover, "Spill the Tea" shows appreciation for the local community, including a generous military discount, which is a thoughtful touch for a city with a strong military presence. This gesture, combined with their friendly service and excellent food and drink, makes "Spill the Tea" not just a place to get great boba, but a beloved local spot that brings people together. If you haven't visited yet, it's definitely worth the trip—you won't be disappointed!

Boba at this place is amazing! They had a variety to choose from. The staff is friendly and attentive. The pho was yummy, I’m always worried that I won’t like the broth, but they nailed it! The other two items I ordered were okay, I wasn’t impressed. The food however was still delicious. Overall a nice cute spot for Sunday lunch! Order: -Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba 10/10 -Strawberry Milk Drink with Boba - 10/10 -Rare Steak Pho - 10/10 -Shrimp Spring Rolls - 4/10 -Egg roll Noodle Bowl- 7.5/10

I used to frequent this place before they change from “Buns & Bubbles” to now “Spill the tea”. There is a change in the management and service staff. The menu is slightly different. Try the combination pho and noodle bowl. We do wish the beef broth is more flavorful and the meat more tender. My daughter likes the taro boba tea. The Oreo ice cream waffle is not Asian sweet so I would recommend to order without the sweet chocolate sauce.

As a DoorDash driver with over 25 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, I can confidently say this restaurant is a complete mess. I waited over 20 minutes for an order, all while observing a chaotic scene. There was only one front-of-house server struggling to manage everything. Orders were coming out one dish at a time, leaving tables with multiple people waiting awkwardly. Guests were searching for silverware, with none stocked at the tables, and not a single surface was wiped down as customers left. To top it off, the kitchen staff spent more time yelling at Alexa than focusing on their work. The whole atmosphere was unprofessional and disorganized. I would never consider bringing my family here.

My response to the owners reply: Thank you for your response. As someone still actively working as a General Manager in the food and beverage industry, I completely understand that every restaurant has its off days. However, based on recent reviews, it seems that there are more challenging days than there should be for you. While I can acknowledge the hard work your server was putting in, it’s clear she needed more support. With a half-full dining room, no food runners, and a busy drive-thru with takeout orders, a manager's presence could have made a big difference for your customers. Times may have changed, but that doesn’t mean the standards for customer service and restaurant management have. They did for a very short period over covid with me but then I got back to a successful standard. Staffing shortages may have been a major issue during COVID, but that’s no longer the case—I know from personal experience that there are plenty of resumes on my desk. I genuinely wish your business success, but with responses like yours, it's hard to see how that will happen. Rather than dismissing critical feedback, try viewing it as an opportunity to improve. Customers appreciate when you acknowledge their concerns, promise to do better, and then actually...

Brought my family of 5 in, left with satisfyingly full, happy bellies 🤩🤩 combination pho: delicious, great portion, variety of meat, warm and filling, authentic taste combination noodle: a perfect, balanced plate that absolutely won my American husband’s heart appetizers (popcorn chicken/fried chicken wings/calamari) we got it with bang bang sauce, Viet sauce and soy garlic. Unique, perfectly seasoned and crunchy soup dumpling: unique touch of in-house flavors, a touch of spicy that my little nephew could tolerate and absolutely loved!! drinks: thai tea, brown sugar milk drink, oolong milk tea, ceremonial blueberry lavender matcha, and strawberry cheesecake bubble waffle, all are MUST-TRY, on top of perfectly sweetened, chewy honey boba that you could never go wrong with!!!

Service: food and drinks were all delivered quickly (thanks to Matthew our server, and talented chefs, you guys were amazing!!!), all still tasted freshly made, beautifully presented. (looked so yummy we dived right in and forgot to take pictures 😭). The shop was absolutely gorgeous and clean, great choice of music with a relaxing volume that you could still relax and enjoy the meal with loved ones. My daughter fell in love with the look she got all her Instagram friends hooked!!

Definitely a top-notch place to introduce to my in- and out-of-town people. Spill the tea - you got my heart, expect me as your regular...
