Great build out and remodel. The place looks great. Good beer selection. Decent drink choices. Cocktail prices a tad high for what i got. Food is good. Curds were crispy. Excellent garlic bread. Good pizza, not sure about why square cuts are needed, but flavor is definitely there. Here is where you lose me. Customer Service. We went in around 4pm on a Friday. Upon entering no one greeted us., despite 4 women and 1 man being at the bar chatting. 3 behind bar and 2 on otherside. We sat ourselves and preceded to wait about 5-8 min to be acknowledged. My husband than asked for menus and a lady said sure right away. 2-3 min later a lady brought plates(not water?) And menus and an empty parm shaker... She offered water and walked away.. From there service proceeded much the same, slow, but when interacted with kind and helpful. 3 more customers came in 1 sit down and 2 to go. The to go gentleman 1 of stood by the door for 3+ min before being acknowledged. Then he was given service after a bit. 2 women again were chatting behind bar. Couple sat themselves, no greeting, again with staff right at bar by door. They waited a bit as well for menus and service. When we left. There was a have a good day.. Overall the service needs to be stepped up with soul. Small business especially should interact with customers. The owner needs to be inviting people back Engaging. It felt less rock and roll and more...

I'm a Chicago native and I moved out here 22 years ago.
I always ask for extra sauce. The pizza that I received had no sauce, even if it's standard sauce it sure ain't enough.
Needless to say I was disappointed. I then requested extra sauce and they gave me a tiny ramekin.
I knew I should have said something along the lines of. I need this pizza sauced up. Give it to me in a small bowl.
I asked for that bowl and they came back with it'll be an extra $5.
I think there would be a good chance if when I asked initially for extra sauce that I got it, I wouldn't have to ask for extra which is an extra trip for them and I get it. But their idea of Chicago pizza isn't accurate. The flavor could have been there had they put flavor on it, IE: sauce.
Firstly I initially didn't get what I wanted and then I was being up charged for the privilege of getting not what I wanted. I won't return that's for sure.
I know this isn't going to come as a surprise. The salad had virtually no dressing on it as well....
Hopefully they can get out of the cheap bucket and start giving customers what they like.
The second time in my adult life that I left pizza behind at the location I purchased from.
They were nice enough to save my wallet since I inadvertently left it in...

Just ate Rock’s 24 Pizzeria for the first time. WOW!! Since leaving the Midwest, I have only found 1 place that could make a great Italian Beef Sandwich, and they closed 10 years ago. Rock’s has brought me and my favorite sandwich back together again 🙂 The beef is really good. The roll is sturdy enough to be wet. The giardinarra is appropriately in oil (not water) and pefectly spicy. The Jus is a 12/10!! Legit, as good as the best I’ve ever had. I could drink it by the pint 🤤 If you like beef sandwiches, or if you think you’ve had a good one in Colorado Springs, you haven’t, unless you’ve tried Rock’s. The deep dish pizza is really good too. It’s not for everyone, but I’m a deep dish fan, and I loved their crust! It’s crisp, and soft, and chewy, and flavorful. If it was possible, I would order a box of their crust to eat by itself. It was the highlight of the pizza for me. As far as deep dish goes, it’s the best I’ve had in the city, and will be my family’s go-to for pizza moving forward. I love good food but don’t often get too excited about a restaurant. There are only a few in town that I don’t want to live without. Rocks just got added to that list! THANK YOU for bringing this absolute...
