I ONLY came to this restaurant because it had high ratings on KRDO. Let me start with I am Hispanic/Indigenous & Native to Colorado. The older Hispanic gentleman who took my order did not treat me the same as the white people who came in. It pisses me off that I was basically ignored because I'm Brown! It's SAD that the BROWN man that owns this business is willing to put white people that come into this business on a pedestal. This Hispanic man needs to remember who will support his business longterm. The white people aren't going to keep coming down to the hood for his food. Speaking of his food it was not that great. White people wouldn't know that though. The quesabirria didn't even come with consume. The supposed green chili is not Colorado green chile, it is some type of tomatillo sauce. Tried this place for the first time and was really disappointed. My order arrived cold even though I’m only about 16 minutes away. The enchilada plate was completely cold — the lettuce was still crisp, which tells me it hadn’t been heated at all.

The pupusa (bean, meat & cheese) barely had any meat and I couldn’t taste or see any beans. The carnitas gordita was just okay. Overall, it felt like I was shorted on the fillings and the quality didn’t match the price.

I understand they just opened and traffic can slow delivery, but the food should at least be warm and properly prepared. Definitely hoping they improve because right now it’s not worth...

Me and the wife love checking out Mexican food here in town and this spot right here is freaking phenomenal! just calling them up and ordering my food was a great experience I felt like I was talking to family. Even heading up to the restaurant I was about 10 minutes late to pick up the food and the under call me the let me know he is keeping everything mom and to take my Time and be safe. After getting there I definitely felt the love of the owners and can definitely see the love in their restaurant and in their food. The food was phenomenal the popusa were amazing and large LOL.
