Ambiance From the moment I walked into Rocky Bowl Bistro, I felt completely at ease. The space has such a warm, welcoming energy — calm lighting, clean decor, and a cozy layout that makes you want to stay longer than planned. It’s the kind of environment that sets the stage for a great meal without trying too hard. There’s an unspoken charm here that adds to the experience without distracting from it.

Service What really sets this place apart is the owners. They don’t just take your order — they genuinely care about your experience. I asked one of them for a recommendation, and they personally helped me choose what to get. Their pick was spot on. Throughout the meal, they made sure we had everything we needed, always checking in with a kind and thoughtful presence. You can tell they take pride in what they do, not just in the food but in how people feel when they’re here. That kind of hospitality is rare and deeply appreciated.

Food Now the food — where do I even start? I eat Thai food all the time, and I’ve been to plenty of the so-called “best” Thai spots in NYC, but Rocky Bowl Bistro tops them all. No exaggeration. The dish I had was bursting with flavor — the spice was bold without overpowering, and the ingredients were insanely fresh. The meat was tender and juicy, the greens were vibrant and crisp, and everything came together in a way that felt both comforting and exciting. I asked for it hot, and it delivered just the right kick. It was so good I couldn’t leave anything behind — I cleaned the plate.

And I have to mention the Thai tea. I ended up ordering two of them because they were just that good. The kind of good that makes you pause and smile after every sip.

I’ll upload a photo once I find it, since the owner chose the dish for me and I don’t remember the exact name. But honestly, you can’t go wrong. Everything here has heart behind it. This isn’t just a restaurant — it’s an experience worth going out of...

Variety of dishes all over Asia. I like their flour coated fried pork belly which was a nice surprise to me. I never thought I'd make pork belly like that but it turned out nice. Also like the little complimentary light soup the have (kind of like miso soup at Japanese restaurant but different and flavorful, not salty). Their longan pandan iced tea is a nice combo but nothing super memorable. Not sure about rocky egg hot pan breakfast. Could be bc I took for togo so the eggs were prepared in a bit odd way (steamed in the togo pan as opposed to fried although menu doesn't say "fried" so I'm not sure). I think it would taste much better if dining in. They should list it as "bacon pieces", not "bacon". Shrimp fried rice is also good. Thai tea is good. Rocky lava toasts were a bit on the sweet side (for me) but pretty good. Server is super nice for sure. Decoration is also good. Overall, flavor is very good, just right, not bland, not salty. Please come support local owners and start-up (opened Oct 2024). They appear to want to learn and improve, to satisfy customers' taste buds. BTW, see the little "Thank you" sticker on the togo utensils? First time I see an Asian/fusion bistro does that. It shows how much they care, even the...

New Springs favorite. Came in on a Friday evening and ordered the best Thai tea in the city for an absolute steal of $4! Along with some deliciously crispy and crunchy cream cheese wontons to start and two bowls. We got a Thai hot bulgolgi beef bowl which when I tell you Thai hot they mean it! We love and appreciate that greatly as we have not found true Thai hot anywhere in the state. The medium pork belly bowl was perfectly crispy pork and incredibly tender. Now let me tell you about the unexpected star of the show, over heard the server talking about their dark chocolate raspberrie cake. Okay, you have my attention. It comes out and when I tell you this is not your typical chocolate cake. I am not usually a connisour of chocolate cake, I find it too dense and overly sweet most times. This was not like my prior experiences. This Dark chocolate cake was fluffy and light but with an incredible depth of flavor. Light raspberries mouse in the middle and topped with a great level of tart fresh raspberry on top. A light and decadent chocolate mouse brought up the back topped with a dark chocolate. Absolutely stunning,...

100% recommend this spot. I had one of the best pork belly bowls 😋 my kids loved the chicken terriyaki, it was very flavorful. The fried rice was also delicious and spicy. You can also order your bowls more spicy if you prefer 🌶️ The best part? STUFFED CHOCOLATE + RASPBERRY CROSSIANT 🥐 🍫 already need another one 😩 6821 Space Village Ave Colorado Springs, CO 80915 📍 #coloradosprings #foodie #colorado #pokebowl #desserts #placestoeat #denver #coloradofoodie #fyp #parati #foodtiktok
