Im honestly really sad i have to add this review because i love this location especially the night shift, the food is always good and so is the ice cream.

This review is about a cake i ordered.

On April 23rd 2025 around 130-230pm i called the store to place an order for a cake because i couldnt order the one i wanted online. I dont remember the person i talked to but it was a guy. He got all the info about the cake i wanted and when i wanted it and said it would be ready. Well some of my plans changed so i called them back May 2nd between 6-8 pm and talked to a gal (i also dont remember her name) and i was asking if i could change the size of the cake. She said sure and i gave her the info for the cake and she couldn't find it she even contacted the cake person who had no idea about the cake i ordered. So she took the info for the cake again. She was extremely helpful and thankfully i called again. Well today May 11th i went in to pick up the cake a few minutes after 2pm (pick up was scheduled for 2pm). I told the guy at the register i had a cake for Lillyann at 2pm and we went to look and brought me someone else cake and i explained that wasnt mine. Mine had Purple borders and writing that said "Happy birthday mom". He took the cake back and came back asking if i was at the right store and i confirmed i am and he went back and grabbed the same cake and it was wrong and so he went and grabbed the supposed manager. The manager came and talked to me and i described the cake. He also GRABBED THE SAME CAKE THAT WASNT MINE. I told him it wasnt mine, the one i ordered was royal cheese cake blizzard and he left and came back asking if it had purple boarders (i had told him it did earlier) i confirmed and he went to the back again. I heard metal rustling which meant the cake wasnt even ready. The manager came out with purple frosting saying he just needed to put writing on it. He brought the cake back and the writing was horrible. He put the cake in a bag and told me have a good day and started helping someone else and i waited till he wasn't busy to inform him i hadnt paid for the cake yet. He then rung it up and gave me a 5% discount (less than 2$) and said sorry. Later when we got the cake out and went to eat it i saw just how bad the writing was and was so upset and wanted to cry because i just kept having issues getting this cake and it was supposed to be special for my moms birthday. Sadly tho the looks matched the taste it tasted like a freezer and not really like the strawberry cheesecake blizzard. I wont be getting cakes from DQ anymore ill just stick with Cold stone.

Spent almost 40$ on a cake that was wrong and not even ready and needed to be ordered...

Again 4th review!!

This is our THIRD visit in a week!!! And we will go back tomorrow for my husband's birthday!! (They said they'd sing him the bday song!!). Justin, Brad-man Fanny and a new guy Tony!! What a great team! They are happy to see us, even at 10 mins to closing!! We were happily greeted and got our 3 blizzards. The 4 of them are so friendly & the ice cream is sooo delicious!! Please commend the outstanding service they give to the customer!!

Two days in a row, we've gone to the DQ on space village, by Peterson AFB!! Last night we went & Bradley (Brad-man!) Was amazing. He offered a suggestion, and it made our blizzards so FANTASTIC!! Franny made them deliciously wonderful!! She's so pleasant & happy to help the customer!! Then tonight my son & I went back, because it was sooo great lastnight!! Justin was amazing, so friendly & I felt very valued as a customer!! Its the people like these folks, that keep us coming back, and we get outstanding ice cream on top of it!! We will be back again, FOR SURE!! Please commend their outstanding service!!

Once again,, the folks at THIS DQ, are amazing!! My husband said he wanted ice cream... I said, " I know where we are going!!" These guys, Christian & brother Justin are so wonderful!! Very happy to help the customer, professional & speedy. Please go see them, you won't be disappointed.

Justin L. is amazing!!! He made me feel like a very valued customer. He listened to my order and made sure I was a happy customer. He was friendly, Professional and courteous. It is people like him who keep us coming back to this DQ. We won't go to the other ones now because of him and his outstanding service. (and it's closer to our house anyway). Justin is a rock star and makes it worth going out...

I went in today before taking my son to urgent care in case the wait was long. The two men out front were very pleasant and courteous. I ordered a kids meal and a hamburger, with one customer in front of me. The younger guy manning the cash register was limping so he asked the older guy in back to get him my bottle of water. Guy didn’t, young guy gets up and limps his way back there while the older guy tells him to chill out. Then the older guy with one gloved hand and nothing on his other hand, slowly slaps some food together as he tells the busy younger men up front that he,” got laid so much in high school and I’m still laying it down.” I can’t tell you how excited I was to listen to this nasty man talking about sex. At this point, he just left the grill and I had been there ten minutes. I couldn’t wait anymore, my son was literally laying in the booth, and I asked for a refund. The guy up front needed a manager, so he called a guy up that was sitting in the dining area to give the refund. He couldn’t figure it out and during that time my food came up and the older guy kept asking what my problem was to the young kid. At that point, I just took my card and left with no food and no refund. The “manager” asked if I wanted my food, I said no, and he gave me the most sarcastic bye I’ve heard in awhile (and I have teenagers). The whole thing filled me with a rage that I will not describe here… all I can say is that I was completely disgusted by the man with the ponytail and one glove in the back. I won't talk about how the app didn't work, or that the apparent person in charge was wearing a Washington Commanders football hoodie instead of the uniform, that there was an employee sitting with the child eating and playing at a guest table, that there was one person working the kitchen that never changed gloves, in the 30 minutes I waited, going from station to station touching raw food, preparing food, frozen food, fried food and serving finished food.... This is what I know, the young girl that was working the register when I got there very frustrated, was a sweetheart, kind and clearly overworked. And that for the third and last time my order was wrong as the picture shows. Finally, not only was my order wrong, but the french fries they gave me instead were disgusting looking. Won't be back.

This is my first time eating at this Dairy Queen. I opened the box that my burger was in and the entire inside was covered in hair and dust. I ordered it to go and didn’t even realize until I got home. Very disappointed and will never order food from here again. Whoever put my burger in this clearly saw how dirty the inside was and didn’t even try to wipe it out.. I’ve posted a photo of what the lid looked like. You can see where the bun rubbed away the dust and hair…

This is my first time eating at this Dairy Queen. I opened the box that my burger was in and the entire inside was covered in hair and dust. I ordered it to go and didn’t even realize until I got home. Very disappointed and will never order food from here again. Whoever put my burger in this clearly saw how dirty the inside was and didn’t even try to wipe it out.. I’ve posted a photo of what the lid looked like.
