Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I love coffee stops so I am always willing to just stop & try Cause maybe I'll love it. Over all this shop wasn't my favorite I did make an account online & you do get really good rewards!! So that's a plus. The app don't let you customize your drink fully to what you want your limited on everything you choose & so that makes it hard for me. The coffee itself was okay I had got an iced Carmel latte which was okay & a passion fruit fusion lemonade & that one was really good!! Super sweet & a good mixed flavor. I was upset that my coffee was watered down within the the time I got to work. None of my regular drinks I get never get watery to lose the sweet flavor. So I didn't get to enjoy the coffee as much as I wanted to also I feel the drink sizes were really small for the price they are, but for the over all experience it wasn't terrible. This place is absolutely disgusting. First off, twice now I have had hair in my food. This establishment doesn’t require any sort of hat, or hair net or anything. People are wearing their hair down and not tied up. That is EXTREMELY against health code. I would know.

Secondly. I could only imagine what was in my drink was mold. I got a Blended Caramelizer and there was black mold settled in the bottom of it. Needless to say, I didn’t drink it.

The management of this establishment should be ashamed of themselves. I could never imagine letting my establishment get to such a state. Embarrassing really.

I wish there were more of these near my home. I have to drive past two other chain coffee stores to get to Scooters. The coffee is exceptional, and they have the same core of specialty drinks as other coffee chains. I went out the other day to get a London Fog (a new drink to me) and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only did they make me one, but it was better than the one I first tried at Starbucks. The Starbucks one was good, this was amazing.
