This shop does amazing nails most the time, I was a regular patron of Tims for a while and he did some amazing and beautiful nails. He wasn't very pleasant or nice when I tried to ask questions but whatever.. I don't go for the convo. What I will say is TIM is very detail oriented, he does beautiful work at a very fast pace I was always always always in love with my nails.

I haven't been for a while and went back today, I didn't see Tim he must've been off. I had a woman do my nails she's usually very nice and pleasant and would sometimes get my nails on and down before Tim did them so I was familiar with her.

She did my nails pretty fast and I think they're pretty.. she started kind of giving me attitude when I pointed out that my thumb nail on the left hand wasn't as long or coffin shaped as the others as I'd asked.

She kept going and said she'd "fix when shaping". I said ok and kept on with the service. When she put the powder colored acrylic on my nails it looked more brown than the burgundy powder had shown so I inquired. She gave me an eye roll and said trust me it's burgundy. She seemed to rush from there.. burning my cuticles and the sides of my fingers with the drill and when I pulled away shed rub and go right back to it.

Long story short.. Pros: she did an amazing design on my nails, just like the picture I'd shown her.

Cons: She didn't like when attention was brought to what was done wrong. Like sides of my nails showing clear and not the color I chose.. the undersides of my nails not being drilled smooth so they are very sharp.. my thumb nails both looking square while the rest are true coffin shape.. and my glue and acrylic color being stuck on the skin around my nails. ( Yes that's normal but she didn't even care enough to get it off or try and pick at the left over flue).

When we were done she got up and said "ok honey.. ( a nickname shed called me a dozen times since she copped her attitude ) you done" as she stormed off to the back. I was going to ask her name because I'd already anticipated leaving this review but I didn't get a chance. Todays nails were super cute..but the customer service wasn't...

Horrible service! The people are unprofessional, careless and rude! Will not come back again. The person who put the water for my pedicure only did cold water and once I realized, I asked somebody to change it, but it was pretty much all the way filled. The turn the hot water but it stop a few seconds later because it was automatic. So had to ask again and someone drained it out by ripping the plastic sanitary cover and didn’t replace it back. Just added more water. Which felt uncomfortable and unsanitary. The plastic cover was getting stuck on the jacuzzi bubbler thing and making a loud noise so they had to drain it and refill it again for a 3rd time cuz they didn’t do it right to begin with. There was five or six workers arguing about it in a different language. They had the workers family members and friends just crowding the salon too. They also had to refill my friends water too cuz something came undone. The lady that checked us out was rude and the energy was weird in general. I tip the guy that did my pedicures $6 but I should’ve gave him $0! Also he didn’t trim my nails enough and didn’t do a good job cleaning them. I had to file them down and re-clean in between the nails. There’s a nail salon on every corner. Go somewhere better! Go somewhere where you can relax and pamper yourself without feeling...

Ive gone to this place multiple times before but this last visit was terrible and I will not go back there again. I had gotten tips with gel for an event and went to get them taken off. Well the man I had, butchered 3 of my nails in the process :( ripped part of my nail off my nail bed on 2 fingers then cut me under my real nail against my nail bed on another. I still cant do things normally because they are tender and very painful. It was an awful process and I sat in the chair crying because it hurt so bad. They put shellac polish on afterwards but the next day 2 of them just peeled clean off. I've never had that happen before at other salons I've been to and reading these reviews, it seems to be common here. After my awful experience sitting the chair, they still charged me. They gave me a discount for my services because they felt bad but still charged me after a terrible visit :( I gave 2 stars because I have had good experiences in the past but this last visit was awful beyond words :( They are a decent salon otherwise.
