Ok now I’m P’d off as all get out - I move here, go to this location 2 weeks ago , there was an older( well not old , but older than the rest of the people working ) lady working all short with people complaining there was only 2 working. - ok we can work with that; but why you need to yell at the customers ? I waited almost 25 minutes for our meal - I paid $13 for a darn chicken strip meal that was so hard & over cooked it was inedible / I brought it back & she hands me a card for a darn free breakfast burrito , reg burger or a slushy? Not quite the replacement for a $13 meal ! Tonight we went through again , Damien super polite , super helpful & they were closing - MY meal ? MISSING FROM THE DARN BAG I ordered a popcorn chicken meal for my husband , was told it would be 6 min bc they need to drop it fresh , ok I can wait for fresh 🤷♀️- he ended up with a chicken sandwich , with bacon , lettuce mayo o NEVER will he eat that ⁉️ WTAH is going on there ⁉️ This is ridiculous & of course they are closed so WE don’t get to eat tonight - I am livid & I will return to get my darn money back - I truly thought it was just the shot staffed day after the polite Damien, however I was too quick to judge apparently- I plan to contact corporate , no idea of this is a franchise or not , but I can assure you , Sonic does not want their customers treated like this - however , whomever is responsible for customer service has the op to make this right , I will wait 2 days, starting ….. NOW ! Let’s see if you do care ………..⏳⏳⏳⏳ reviews can always be edited & I have & will once it’s corrected - it would be great if I could return as my family...
Read moreBeen going here for several years, pretty much always good service and food. I have no clue on earth as to what happened last night! First off, waited 35 minutes at the drive-thru. Secondly, tried to add a drink at the window (for purchase) and was told in somewhat of a rude way "we aren't adding anything at the window." I then suggested maybe just a medium drink for my wait and was told "I can't do anything for you!" At this point I was taken back. I've never been told that before from any restaurant. Waited several more minutes. The more I thought about that content, and the longer I waited, the more irritated I got. When the food was brought to the window, someone who appeared to be a manager was standing there. I proceeded to ask him if he could help me.. same questions. He had absolutely no problem whatsoever helping me out. He seemed confused as to why I was told what I was told. He was great! I got a large drink for my 40 minute wait. Felt better about the situation,was going to let it go. Got home, the milkshake I ordered was completely melted. It's only a five minute drive home. Got a sundae too, that was perfectly fine. I very reluctantly went back to get a replacement shake, took another fifteen minutes. So, spent nearly an hr at the drive-thru. Brought the new shake home (the shake was for my wife), wife took two bites and on the second bite, tasted the worst sour/dirty water type taste! She nearly threw-up! I smelled it.. smelled a bad as she said it tasted! I have no clue as to what they did etc. but it was by far one of the worst restaurant experiences ever!! Will...
Read moreWe've visited this Sonic a few times. It's always been okay for the most part. I mean I haven't been disappointed or extremely happy to make me write about them. However, on this visit that has changed drastically. The order process for the most part was good until the end. My husband and I from the east coast so yeah, we have an accent. My husband's accent is strong and some things aren't said the same but I don't think it's that hard to understand what he was saying. Anyway, we got that settled, all good, right?... No! After that my husband hits the cash button. Now, any time we have gone to any Sonic they take the money and give the food at the same time. It's a switch transaction. Need I also add our total has always been big, we are a family of five. So, this time the total was $48 not too bad. Anyways, someone from the inside comes out and tells us, they have to collect the money before they can bring out our food. The only explanation that is given. Wow, really?! Okay, my husband just gives the lady the money, and she gives the change no questions asked. However, he looks at me afterward and said ”that’s new”. It is and I’m disappointed. Never have we had to do this at any other Sonic. Never going to any restaurant fast food or nice sit down one, have we ever had to pay first, unless buffet style.
