So the wings were not that bad (or that amazing) it was the misshapen with the bill on how they handled it that makes me give them this low rating.
The webpage says Tue 69cent wings. Dine in only and Nothing else for stipulations on webpage. So I decided to hit them up instead of BWs. Since they do 75cent wings on Tuesdays.
So I walk in to the register and they ask to go or in. I say in because I want to do the Tuesdays deal. She says sit anywhere. When it comes to ordering I make another comment of well even though I am doing the deal let's keep it at a nice round number and order 30. (The food is good but I do know they have smaller wings and I was HUNGRY.) She put order in and grabs me my beer.
Food comes eat no prob.
Bill comes and I notice something wrong. I was charged normal price for the wings. I ask why. She says like the sheet says it has to be in orders of only 10 at a time. I look around where I am sitting at bar. There are NO SHEETS ANYWHERE NEAR ME! Not listed on menu either so how a little lost. I comment on what the webpage says. She says that is not even the correct price as they are now 8? Cent traditional and 79 boneless. I show her webpage. She says sorry they must not have updated it yet and then just turned and walks back to cleaning something at bar.
WTF?I pointed out twice before ordering I was here for Tuesday deal and she did not point anything out when i ordered 30 instead of 10, the webpage was not update when before i showed her it she assured me i was wrong in saying what i said. When mistake was admitted that it was there fault page was not updated and there was nothing around me saying new deal she just said sorry and walked away.... WTF?
Okay she could have just gave me my beer free or something! It still would have been a higher bill then what the deal was that I was thinking I was getting but even that would have been better then a sorry and seeing your back so quickly...
So back to BWs for me I guess and I will tell my other wing/work buddies about this since yeah bad service in an easy fixable situation and there deal is not the best around now.
(Again the food was not bad but not amazing either, the wings that are suppose to really hot are NOT that hot and the sauce does not really stay on them since it is very runny but still dud not taste bad. The spicy BBQ sauce was good as it at least actually...

After returning home and seeing the wings we could immediately tell they were under cooked. We decided to try one each just to discover they tasted just how they looked, undercooked. The fries were soggy with no flavor. I called immediately to return the order but they were closed and was informed to call the next day to speak with the manager Jessica. Fast forward to today, I called and spoke with Jessica and explained the situation and how we still had 38 wings and the fries because we did not eat them, and willing to return them for a full refund. She informed me that their wings are now bigger due to supply issues and they have to cook their wings for longer in order to get them crispy. Obviously due to the time they closed on a Sunday (9pm) and the time I ordered (8:39pm) they were not able to fulfill that requirement. I asked her how long it takes to make the wings and she responded ā15 mins for an order of 15 wings.ā I explained how I ordered 40 wings and they were ready prior to their 15 min requirement for 2xās the amount. After that she was very rude and said she will no longer listen to my complaints and identified me explaining my customer service experience as arguing although I had been nothing but respectful the whole time. Once I heard her getting an attitude with me i informed her I would dispute it with his bank instead. When I let her know that she got completely silent and I told her to have a nice day. This is the manager/owner. Not only is the customer service trash but the food is also. Being active duty military I know this is not how you conduct business Please take a look...

The past 2 times I have been in, my order of wings had hardly any sauce on them, so this past time, I asked the waitress for a side of sauce to spruce them up a bit. She then informed me that if I want more sauce that I will be charged. While I understand you save money by not giving away free things, customer satisfaction is what brings people back. And to clarify I didn't want extra, I wanted my wings done right the first time. Which I clarified and was still told I would be charged. Again, an unsauced wing issue but this time, it was my spouse. Asked for a side of jerk, the waitress didn't try to charge us but 10 plus minutes later, she finally comes back from the counter, after taking orders and walking around checking on people, she still didn't have what we requested. I knew this particular visit was going to be disappointing from the get go: we sat in a dirty table that never got cleaned or offered to be cleaned. We were told to wait to place our order because she was too busy. And just to top it off, I took my child to the bathroom... not a piece of toilet paper in sight.
Again, this isn't a matter of wanting free stuff, it is evident that there is an issue with quality over quantity. There are too many customers and not enough staff resulting in much slower service and decreased quality in your operations. I hate to say this but this used to be my favorite place to come eat, and I don't think I will be back. The blonde server btw, is awesome and is probably your best asset.
