I used to really love a certain other franchise pizza chain but a neighbor had a delivery from here a couple of weeks back and my kids were trying to wave at the delivery driver and talk to him, telling us how they wanted pizza, he said he could be back here in 20 minutes and yelled out the phone number to us, and I just figured I would give it a try. He was sweet and I wish I knew his name to tell management because his friendliness was the reason I ordered here instead of my usual pizza place. I’m so glad he did that because we ordered and we were so impressed with our food, we have had it three times this month. My husband loves wings but we have had a hard time finding them cooked all the way, or actually enjoying the sauces, but he’s tried two wing flavors from here and his only complaint is that he can’t choose a larger size of wings because they’re so good. All of our delivery drivers have been really nice, and pretty fast. I thought about writing about our experience because we got our order yesterday and I was eating the leftover garlic knots while my kids weren’t looking and thought you guys deserved the credit. Read moreIn a local hotel, delivery person refused to go upstairs although it was encouraged and my room number was on the order and receipt. Not a big deal, but the pizza was also an hour past its predicted estimate for delivery. The lady left, without a signature for my transaction. I did not check no contact delivery. She dropped the pizza off, and left. I contacted the manager to ask if it was a new policy, or typical and "David" said he was not a delivery person and since it was a hotel he did not know. I explained that there was no restriction in place, and he had an attitude (from the onset) stating again he was not a delivery driver. I asked to speak to a manager because the pizza was cold and over an hour late, and he responded that he was the manager. He was rude, unhelpful, and honestly made me a little angry. No one from my company, myself, or anyone on the project I am here working on will order from Papa John's again. Guaranteed. Poor customer service with the bonus of an attitude. I called corporate and made an official complaint. I can't wait to outline the details of the call, and I'm glad I recorded it.. no excuses...

I told the lady that on the phone but she put in the order for right then , after she read order back to me I said , no it’s to be delivered at 4:00, she said hold on, came back and told me it would be delivered at 4. Then door dash calls me with a few minutes and says your pizza is ready , I said I do t want it now ? I told them 4:00. Order cancelled. I called back to reorder , was told because of the misunderstanding they were not going to charge me. So at 4:15 still no pizza , so I call them , they then tell Me they don’t have a driver and are waiting on one . I asked - you couldn’t call me, this is for my husband who has to go to work . Manager gets in and says there’s no charge , well I didn’t ask for no charge it was given by them. So at 4:45 we get the pizza , stone cold , dry , probably the pizza they made at 1:30. Driver said he was there in 5 min. Put pizza in bag and took 10 minutes to get to my house , Terrible pizza , terrible service ! First and last time...
