Food is ok, but I have to wonder why, if I joined their “rewards program”, I have to agree to allow them to collect info like my ip address and, oddly, “websites I’ve visited”? This is from their own website: 1. Usage Data: We may automatically collect information about how you use our website, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit, and the time and date of your visit. And not only do they collect this information, but they share it with others : 3. Disclosure of Your Information We may share your information with trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. so although the food is good, please don’t fall for the “rewards” scam, the entire thing is just a method for them to collect information about you, under the guise of a loyalty rewards program. The reward they give you is payment for your personal information. Do you really want a fast food chain to know your browsing history? All the websites you visited? And then share that information with other people or companies? But the food is OK!

First of all, I felt personally assaulted by the phallic shape of faucet, and I find it offensive that there's no bathrooms for trans-gender people. Plus the bathroom smelled like delicious cherry vape clouds. Secondly, everything in this place is gilded. It has the appearance of being high quality but on further investigation you realize it's all Ikea quality furnishings. Food was pretty great as usual though...

Closing at 9 on a Friday?? Little early. Food is good though. 4/23/18, forgot my sushi and asking for a tip at a fast food restaurant?? And bring back the Joe's classic teriyaki bowl!! That was the best bowl on the menu. Good job slicing your chicken too... Whoever sliced this meat needs to go back to meat slicing school because they obviously didn't pay attention very well...

This is the second time I've been to this location, first time the food was "ok" but nothing special. Decided to try it again tonight, placed our order via the app so we could skip the line when we got there. After ordering I realized we forgot to order drinks so I waiting in line (1 person in front of me), two ladies behind the counter didn't way hello or greet me. Ok, no big deal they are probably tired, not the end of the world. Maybe two minutes go by and someone finally comes over to the register, I get our drinks and we pick up the order. My wife's order is not correct so she speaks with the guy at the counter who talks to "Scott" the cook. Said they can't do anything about it, it was made as ordered. My wife shows them how she ordered on the app, requesting the sauce be held, still won't fix it or offer a solution. The "manager" speaks with my wife, says "Scott" is in charge of the food. Sorry and walks off. Worst customer service we've had in a long time. My son's "chicken" looked like chicken scraps, and was over salted and over cooked. We didn't even try to get his meal fixed after how they responded to my wife. For what you you have to pay here to eat, I expected much better. Definitely will not be returning to Tokyo...

Unfortunately this is not the first time that we had a bad experience at this location, which is why I feel the need to write this review. We arrived at 8:45pm to get a to go order and the lady who took our order was very nice and accommodating. The cook on the other hand was throwing his hands and arms while he was cooking our food. He was also rudely throwing everything around. He used the same gloves that he was throwing out the garbage with. I then saw the cook change his gloves and started spraying the kitchen with chemicals and then used those same gloves to put finishing toppers on another customers to go order that arrived after us. My wife is 8 months pregnant and was afraid to eat the cooked salmon that we ordered for hers and my 3 year old sons order. The cook made us feel very uncomfortable with his angry antics. I will be not coming back to this location and will be calling the general manager first thing...
