EDIT: It gets worse! They actually didn't even give me my free 16 oz drink. The cashier messed up and I was charged full price. LOL! How typical. I will not be responding to the owners response to this as they will be just as incompetent

Incompetent establishment.
A few weeks back, I drive up to order my girlfriend and I some drinks. I ask for 2 large drinks. The window attendant stops me and says "Well what Oz do you want, because we have 4 sizes" ..I was confused because most coffee shops just keep it simple with a small medium or large, so I had her read me the ounces options. I went with the 32 oz for both drinks. My girlfriend wanted a cold drink and I wanted a hot drink, which I clearly explained to the drive thru girl multiple times. I get to the drive thru and I get two cold drinks instead of what i ordered. I explained a third time that I wanted a hot drink and gf a cold drink and she explained that since I chose a 32 oz, I cannot get a hot drink. This was annoying because... I just wanted a large. and the customer service drive thru girl legitimately confused me and didn't explain things properly.
The manager stepped up and gave me 2 16oz drink gift cards, representing the 32oz I bought and paid for I didn't want.
So today my girlfriend and I return to use the 16 oz drink gift cards. We order breakfast and the two small drinks only to find out they will not let me use both cards, only one. The card says "one per customer" and my girlfriend was with me in the car in the front seat, clearly visible... we are technically two customers. Any sane customer service rep (and her supervisor was present next to her too barking the orders) would have split the bill for us so we could use both cards, as we are two bodies, thus two customers. I explained the cards were given to us because of an error they made in the weeks previous. It didn't matter to the air head thru girl.
So now they messed up on me twice. Terrible business. Not only are you more expensive then your competitors with lower quality of product, but the customer service is extremely sub par.
Colorado Springs is full of good people. Military vets, a large medical field population, we don't need Ziggi's.

But, people are different with pours and such, so we just gave it a little patience because the first time was so perfectly delicious. We thought we found a great new place. We have never been able to duplicate that visit once. Unfortunately, we have been spoken to rudely. A manager scolded my daughter for not informing them that she was using her free newcomer reward. She didn't even know about it. When she got to the window the girl asked her if she wanted to apply the reward. The manager was quite upset about it. She had just made the 20 oz drink that my daughter ordered. The girl told her that my daughter had a reward to use and the manager was so upset, exclaiming with irritation that this is now product waste because she has to make a 16 oz for that reward. I don't run your business, but if I did, my math tells me, it's better to offer that 20 oz and offer an extra 4 oz gesture of kindness and welcome the customer to the family. Instead, she chose to make another one in a 16 oz and took a whole 20 oz loss, as well as scolding, what was, a new customer for doing it all wrong. So sad, so rude, so unbelievable. What has happened to customer relations? Today, we went to a different coffee shop and asked them if they could make what we found that we liked over at that place that starts with a Z off of Rockrimmon. They obliged with a smile and all...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMy boyfriend and I are normally big fans of Ziggi's coffee as we first discovered y'all in Denver. But this rockrimmon location definitely needs to make some improvements. On one order I ordered a raspberry scone with my coffee and when I got the scone it was rock hard and I could not eat it at all. On another order, my boyfriend and I both got hot drinks and the one he was handed was very cold as if it had been sitting out for quite a while and wasn't even what drink flavor he ordered. We weren't even sure if it was a drink somebody else had taken a sip out of already and possibly given back, and with covid still being a problem they seriously need to watch that. We did go back and have it replaced but we shouldn't have had to in the first place. All the other coffee shops we go to have never made this mistake and we get a lot of coffee. You're in a town where you have some serious competition and even though you guys are down the street from us, we still prefer to go to scooters or Dutch Brothers because every time we order with them it's always correct and always fresh and always hot.
