UPDATED REVIEW 3/17/2023 new photos have been added ( frog pendant, Peridot with new chain, and Tanzanite bracelet) Went in today for the gem hunter event (which they had a ton of really nice loose gems), but I didn't end up buying one. I did, however, purchase a chain for my daughters' peridot. we bought her for Christmas and wanted her to pick the size chain she wanted, and Amy was so nice and friendly as always. I also didn't intend to purchase anything, but decided to buy a frog pendant they have had for a while (I love frogs and finally decided to get the one they had). I love the frog pendant as well, which also came with the chain that I didn't know it did. I also picked up my tanzanite bracelet I had in for a repair and can't even tell where it was broke. They always do such a wonderful job with my jewelry, and I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are so welcoming and friendly, and they were also the ones who kinda started me on my journey into gemology. I am working towards my certifications in multiple areas of gemology. It's always a pleasure working with everyone here and always feeling like family when i go in.

UPDATED REVIEW!!!! 7/28/2022. I went back to Luisa Graff with a pair of Tanzanite loose stones that I bought at a gem show after I had them make a custom piece with Amatrine and Citrine loose stones. I loved that piece and wanted to see what they could do with my Tanzanites. They custom made these into earrings for me and had them do a little work to it so that they could match my Tanzanite ring. I again have been blown away at the work they did. They were wonderful in helping me design these and kept in contact, and sent pictures for me along the process. They really do some wonderful work and everyone there is so nice and friendly. I will be back with some more for them to custom make too. I added photos of the Tanzanite earrings too.

UPDATED REVIEW!!! I just recently took some loose stones I had to have Luisa Graff make me a custom piece and I was blown away!! It turned out so beautiful, they did such an amazing job. The pendant photo is the custom piece they created from my Amatrine and Citrine stones I had.

Luisa Graff Jewelers is the only place I will go for all my jewelry needs. My husband had bought me some jewelry from another location before coming here 10 years ago to by my ring and let me just say the experience I had at the other location doesn't even come close to the service I receive from Luisa Graff. I have recently been in several times over the last 3 months, one being buying a 10 year anniversary ring and the other times have been to resize and fix jewelry I already had. I mostly work with Leslie (spelling I hope is correct) and she was so wonderful in helping me find my 10 year anniversary ring. She let me take my time and she didn't care how many rings I wanted to look at before I decided on one. She never pushed me to just get one and leave, she really took the time with me and made me feel so welcome. Every time I have come in everyone is so friendly and very helpful. I have also worked with Sam for some repairs and she was so helpful and she was willing to check on some pieces to see if they could be fixed before doing anything. I also worked with a couple others that I can't remember their names, but they have also treated me wonderfully and really helped me in all my other repairs. They clean my jewelry when ever I come in and if I purchase anything new they always make sure I get the emails for the warranties on my jewelry so that way I have everything I need before I leave. I even have brought in an estate piece that I never trusted any other place with and every one here is so caring and gentle with it that I now only trust Luisa Graff with all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend this place...

Last October I walked into Luisa Graff for the first time with my brother to buy his girlfriend now wife her engagement ring. We had a good experience and the I was sent in to buy her wedding ring the end of February... nothing but good service.

So after that I had told my husband I wanted to update my ring for our big anniversary. He said let's go to the place you took David. We were greeted by Kat as we walked in. She was so perfect for us. Her demeanor and spirit were everything that we needed to make the decision to go with LG. She helped me get exactly what I wanted. She went through every single case, then we decided project work was best. We designed my ring. It's perfect.

Along the way we met Amy. Amy and Kat work so well together and almost feed each other with inspiration. Let me tell you, I come in with all sorts of ideas and things I want to do and they completely run with all my ideas and make them perfect. We took my past wedding rings and engagement rings and designs a pendant with them. They get teary with me when I talk about how special those diamonds are to me. I truly feel like they understand me and have made us feel like family.

I can't forget about Clover, she's so kind and helpful. I love talking with her. Her sweet personality is going to take her far in life.

I tend to go get my ring cleaned and all my other jewels that I have bought lately a couple times monthly, they know all of my children's names and are amazing with them. Our daughter just had a birthday and we went in and Kat's patience is impeccable, she helped Ainsley pick out little trinkets. It's so special to see your family treated so well going into a fine jewelry store.

We have seven more projects they are working on for us. I can't wait to see the craftsmanship of the jewelers, thus far they have been stellar!

One more thing to add, I had the pleasure to meet Andrew Graff the last time I was in. Being a veteran I tend to bond with other veterans quickly, Andrew was no different, his ideas and inspirations on doing more to help others is enduring and solidified that giving Luisa Graff our business was truly the best decision we have made. They have definitely gained and earned our loyalty.

My Wife and I are about to celebrate 20yrs in 2024 and I wanted to give her something special to mark the occasion! A few years into our marriage, my Wife unfortunately lost the original ring I got her. I thought it would be cool to make a plan to re-propose to her. What made the plan even better was that we booked a Family trip to Machu Picchu (Cusco, Peru)!

My first plan was to discuss the idea with my Father in law (He was totally in!). My next plan was finding the right ring. Here's where Luisa Graff Jewelers came into play. I remembered a few things my Wife liked in a ring and as I stepped into the store, I had no idea where to even start. I was warmly greeted by the lovely Katie Lepler and I gave her the full plan to propose at Machu Picchu. She 100% understood the assignment and we got right to work in search of the right ring. Let me rewind time a bit to 19yrs ago when I looked for the FIRST ring. I was a mess and had no clue what to expect....I knew the 5 C's of diamonds but my nerves got the best of me. I ended up finding the right ring, but it took multiple trips to accomplish that. Now.....back to present day, I wasn't as nervous but still had a lot to plan out to make this happen. Katie provided me with such an excellent experience, I ended up finding the right ring and purchased it that same day! The process wasn't as painful as I anticipated and Katie was an extraordinary part in making the ring part of my plan smooth and stress free.

I get the ring to Peru and we safely get to Machu Picchu. The anticipation was immense and my Wife still had NO IDEA what was about to happen! With some help from our awesome Tour Guide, by the time my Wife felt something was up, I was already on one knee and presented the ring to her! The plan was a resounding success and happy tears were definitely shed. I never dreamed that it could have gone more perfectly.....but it did!
