Abo's Pizza Niwot — Restaurant in Colorado

I just called the Niwot store and was amazed at the lack of customer service during the phone call. The young man that answered the phone was not helpful and actually a bit rude. I called to find out if it would be possible to schedule a delivery in two days to a certain business in Longmont. He said, "Well, I don't even know where that is so I couldn't tell you." I responded, "Of course I would provide the address but the intersection is...". He was like, "No you would have to call another store." Then I asked about ingredients in the GF crust. He did not bother to go and look or ask someone else but responded that they definitely could not provide that information because it was proprietary. Really?! I wasn't asking for the recipe, just to confirm whether or not 3 specific allergens are found in the pizza crust. He continued to push back and, yet, I was able to get this information from two other pizza shops. Thanks for nothing, buddy. This Niwot resident will not be buying from your store...

I enjoy Abos a couple times a week, and usually overlook the employee who likes to frown at people to let you know you've made him miserable by showing up to eat.

Being Italian, I've eaten in many Italian kitchens where life is good . And i will continue to enjoy the food and atmosphere of other italian eateries.

But, after watching this disgruntled punk make a display of how pissy he can be. That will be my last visit to Abos pizza ever.

We used to love Abo’s. For the past 6 months or so, it’s been a disaster. The employees are rude and unprofessional. I’ve been in there twice when there was marijuana smoke rolling out of the back room; another time an employee was standing in the open front door chatting with a fellow employee while vaping. Gross.
