Went in for the first time and ordered the brisket and cheddar sub and a tuna one as well. Bree took our order and was extremely friendly and helpful we had told her that it was our first time eating at a Firehouse subs and she was very helpful with explaining some of the stuff on the menu. Our subs came out very fast but I had asked for no bbq sauce on my brisket sandwich and it came with bbq sauce on it when I received it. Wasn’t a big deal ate half of the sandwich and Bree came out from behind the counter and asked how our meals where we let her know that they where good but my sandwich had come with the bbq that I didn’t want but I explained to her that it wasn’t bad. She asked if I wanted to give it back and she would make me a new one. I told her it is fine I had already eaten half of my sandwich. She told me that she wanted to make me another one and I could take it with me because she wanted our first time into the restaurant to be a good experience. I told her it wasn’t needed but she insisted that she make us have a good experience. She made us another sandwich and talked with us for a while as well as the other staff in the back made us feel very welcome. I want to personally thank Bree for making our experience at the restaurant a memorable one. Thank you to the staff in the back making the sandwiches as well as the good conversations. Read moreIf you follow my reviews you know I swore off Firehouse. But being a new location I decided to give it a try. So my order was wrong. When I walked back in, I kinda got an eye roll from the cashier. An employee, NICOLE P, who was clearly on break, not a manager, got up and came over. She heard my concern, recognized the problem with the ordering online system and went to correct it. Again, on break, she told the manager who was more concerned with changing tv channels and seemed to care less. She stood her ground, clarified the situation and got the order corrected. When I got the correct order it was great. Everything that other locations have failed at; correct portions, hot, packaged neatly and remember the crisp pickle. But to be honest, if not for NICOLE, an employee on break, who handled the error, this location would get no business from me like the others in town.

Read moreCame in around lunchtime on a sunday..about 6 people in line...Zack, (think that was his name) also the manager, kept making a rolling motion with his hands as were were ordering..he was on a hurry to take the order and we weren't finished ordering. He said he was busy and in s hurry..we canceled the order and attempted to call the store. Zack(?) answered and wouldn't give his name and hung up! Yikes...that was terrible!!! Noone was being unreasonable or angry...miss charged the lady in front then kept making excuses for the error, then was extremely rude to us...sorry you hate your job...we left without an order...hopefully that helps you get thru you...
