Worst nail experience of my life. I went in for a nail soak off to let my nails breathe before I had my next new set w my regular guy at another shop. The girl sliced my cuticle down to the white meat. When I said ouch she tried to rip the nail off and ended up ripping my real nail in half. At this point I had no idea how bad my nail was until she took the acetone foils off and my middle finger was covered in blood. Yet I still gave the girl the benefit of the doubt bc she did a great job on my toes and the rest of my nails looked good. After she ripped my nail in half she dipped my bloody finger in the dip powder to patch it up. That was so nasty to me. I would not get dip from there. After I got home and everything dried up i saw the white meat hanging out of my cuticle I called the shop and the owner asked me to come back in. All she did was rub alcohol on my finger and try to convince me this was normal. Never offered a refund or even a gift card (even though I won't be back). Now I'm praying I don't get an infection. In all my years of getting my nails done nothing like this has ever happened to me. I was looking forward to getting a fresh set for the holidays but now I have to walk around w butchered nails until I heal and my regular guy can fix this. I used to love glo for at least my toes. I did not think it was possible to mess up a soak off but never again. I get it accidents happen I know the girl was truly sorry and I'm honestly not mad at her, looking back I don't even believe she was trained to be doing this but the owner should have done better to make it right. My whole family goes there and they are outraged by this as well. None of us will be back. No one should PAY and leave a nail salon...

Overall, they did an ok job. They got me in fast and did my nails in under 2 hours. However, not once was I asked if I wanted gel or or painted. They were, however, talking across me and next to a coworker on their phone a good bit of the appt. Which I mean isn't professional, but it is what it is. The main reason I actually took stars off was because of communication throughout my appt and how I was handled as a customer. Also, there is no c curve in my nail, so strength as they grow out is going to be an issue. She definitely asked if the length was right but didn't discuss pricing or even the type of material I wanted. While I did want gel and she did gel, I never said that, and never was I asked. I had $103 bill plus what I tipped. I always do 20% or more, but this definitely wasn't worth that since I was knicked. Thankfully it wasn't too terribly deep but still if I'm going to be talked over and ignored for most of my appointment then I'm going to get knicked on the thumb while my appt is being rushed through I'm probably less likely as a customer to return. However, if you want a fast same day manicure, to be ignored, and have 120 to 150 to spend, this would be the place for you. It wasn't a good fit for me however it might be a good fit for you I would say if you have the money and you need to get your nails done fast try it out and decide if this is the right salon for you. I tried this salon for the first time today and it was absolutely awful. I showed the lady exactly what I wanted (pink French tip dip nails), I picked out the color and sat patiently waiting. After almost two hours, I had to keep asking to change the shape to coffin like I had asked for in the beginning, I had to put up with my cuticles bleeding because she kept cutting me with the drill, then she pulls out gel colors and start doing French tips with that. I told her I had asked for dip and she said she couldn’t do French with dip and had no clue I wanted dip (I mentioned it several times). She insisted the color would be the same and it was completely off but I was over arguing and it was about two hours into the service. She slaps some lotion on my hands then sends me on my way and I tell her that I don’t like the shape or color so she calls the manager over. The manager tells me she can either change the color or take the nails off so I opt to change the color. She paints my entire nails with the color and doesn’t do French and then blames me for not telling her what I wanted when I already did several times. I will never come back, service was polite from the tech but absolutely terrible. The manager was super rude and I still paid for the nails and was told I could pay to have them taken off.
