Ordered through the app for delivery. I went through the Jersey Mike’s app instead of a third party. They still use DoorDash which is fine. Dasher “picked up order” then came to my work to drop it off. They showed up on the DoorDash map as arrived. I waited 15 minutes before texting them through the door dash text. They said they were having a hard time finding the business. I gave them the business name, address and tried to help guide them. I even went outside to see if I could find them. Dasher would not come to deliver my dinner. Dasher claimed that the app sent them here and not to the restaurant first. The dasher then completed the order in the app as dropped off and took a picture of the business even though they never delivered the order. I called the “help” line provided by the jersey mikes app on my order and it called the Jersey Mike’s store. The employee was very nice when she answered but she didn’t know what to do since DoorDash is in charge of the order even thought the help line is for jersey mikes. There was nothing she could do. I didn’t get my food. Got charged $25 with a $3 tip for air. And I missed my lunch break since I waited for my food for over a hour. Next time I’ll pay my work $30 for nothing instead of using the...

Read moreThis is for the store in Littleton Co - for late afternoon 4/18/2020: Ordered 2 sandwiches on the app, picked up ourselves, tag on bag was for our order, got home and one sandwich was correct (#43 w/no onions add banana peppers) and the other was totally wrong (#11 w/lettuce, tomato, pickles) got another #11... called to get it replaced. When we got there I went in to get the sandwich and I had to get my wife as they were asking me questions about what she wanted. I had already given them back the incorrect sandwich. When she got in the store she was accused by two of the teenagers of eating have the sandwich we brought back and basically assured of lying about their error! We use to frequent this store before Covid19 but the way we were treated was inexcusable. Then they handed her a sandwich which was twice as big as it should have been and when she asked they just said yes that's was hers. She only ordered a regular. Not sure if the team just didn't know what they were doing or what. Sad... hopefully manager will teach them...
