Gage he is awful Iām contacting headquarters, I will be reaching out the Fort Carson Garrison to complain about this location and GageāS awful customer service and attitude toward customers that order get the food wrong and complain. He has an awful attitude. I placed a order for pickup at 6:25pm upon walking in, I could hear a conversation of happiness from gauge tapping the screen on their side of orders to go saying oh look itās my time to shine laughing. The young lady working with him wearing glasses said what he goes Taylor the awful customer that left the bad review about me he goes. This is my time to shine. I simply said Iām right here so what do you have to say we could do this right here and he started laughing as if it was a joke and then He goes thank God I didnāt touch your order. I said yeah itās probably gonna be right too, and I wonāt have to have anybody argue with me about it. And then I went to leave and he said something under his breath and I turned around and told him I said you need to practice your customer service. Itās out of control. There was four other customers in the store that were there and heard it and saw it he tried to embarrass me when in return he embarrassed his self And definitely did not conduct himself as a professional in any type of way. This just goes to proof I shouldnāt have gone. I knew better that young man is out of control and the fact that nobody said anything to a management wise or shift lead wise is insane. I will be reaching out to management. I will not drop it...

The manager on shift was kind enough to fix it, but I wonāt go in too far of detail but gauge heās a blind young man that works the front counter. It is never OK to argue with the customer about their food. Specially, whenever they know what they get on it usually and what they ordered itās not OK to roll eyes at customers. Itās OK to be wrong though young man whoever management is I hope that they take time and give him a lesson and customer service and accountability and maybe he needs to read this and know that itās OK to be wrong sometimes but donāt argue with me because I ordered I had to go all the way home and come all the way back. Iām allowed to be frustrated. Still my favorite KFC around the manager handled everything perfectly. Gage is the only one that upset me, but I will live. Ā Ā Ā Read moreUPDATE: 6/21/23 I haven't been in here in a very long time based on my previous review over 2 years ago. Went yesterday after their interior renovation and apparently they renovated the staff too. I had a massive order and they didn't even bat an eye. Super polite and helpful and got me over 50 pieces of chicken, 12 sides, and biscuits with plates, drinks, sauces the works, way faster than I expected and they even offered to help me carry it to the car. And this was during the lunch rush. A complete turn around from my previous experience. Great experience.
