My family has been getting pizza here for years, we're locals that live in Keystone. It's pretty clear that the quality of the restaurant has dropped since they tried to expand. Pizza is served cold, I presume since it's baked in one building and carried outside to another to be served. Worse though, the service is atrocious. We placed a pickup order, told it would be 35 minutes, no problem there. Went next door to the liquor store to get a 2-liter since they had nothing but diet coke and rootbeer. I spoke to the bartender to pick up my pizza at exactly 35 minutes from the time my call was placed. Bartender is friendly enough, explains that they don't have my order. I list the items that were ordered and come to find out they misheard my name, kind of an important component of doing to-go orders but no worries you expect your pizza guy to be a little stoned. Bartender explained it wasn't done yet, okay no big deal I will sit and wait with the whopping other eight guests they had in the restaurant at this time. I found it strange that it was so dead but I was now waiting over 40 minutes for a large pizza and some garlic knots. After sitting at the bar for another 15 minutes I have to stare at the bartender, he checks the hotbox, and lo and behold, our pizza is in there! Whether or not it was in there the entire time or not, I don't know so I cut my losses and take my food to go feed my family. Except it was cold before I even got it to the car. I spent $40, waited an hour, and got a subpar product. With roughly 5 other pizza joints within a 15 minute drive, this place will be out of business quickly if they don't step up their game. Last chance? More...
Read moreThis place man… I live in summit cove and frequent this strip to support local, but I swear one of the guys is always an ahole.
They stop serving food sometimes at 8:20/8:30pm when they close at 9. They also turn their phone off even when they aren’t busy, I know this because since they send everything to VM I have to drive up to the physical restaurant to order… they have been rude on the phone and it’s literally just ONE guy that acts like this. He’s rude and never nice unless his gf/fiancé is around then he’s all smiles…
I asked the front guy what they were serving and he looked to the guy that again is always rude, and that guy told him/me tonight that “everything is sold out” and I asked really? And he said and it’s almost closing time… so are you open til 9 or 8:30? Do you hate your job so much you don’t want to actually do it? Because maybe THE SERVICE INDUSTRY just isn’t truly for you…
Front guy w/ curly hair that takes orders/cashier is always friendly and I wish he was...

The employee did not acknowledged me or greet me. He acted like I was bothering him**So I heard this place was good. I drove 15 min to check it out. **Not worth it.The only guy working bumped into me while I was waiting for my pick up order. Didn’t even apologize for bumping into me. He was more interested in talking to his friends the couple behind me in line, he didn’t even pay attention to me. He got my to go order and threw it in the counter bar in front of me. He continued to socialize with his friends. I sat and ate my calzone it was ok not delicious at all. I only ate it because I paid * $19 *for it. When other customers came in , the worker did acknowledged and greet them, made them feel welcomed, super friendly with them. I’m wondering if this employee ignored me and acted like I was a pest because I’m Mexican. *Don’t go there horrible...
