Updated Review 9/21/25: We really wanted to give Main Event another shot. We never contacted management after they reached out with my last review. I am not looking for discounts. Just looking for better experiences for other in the further. So why not give them another chance. This was a BIG MISTAKE. Service again was horrible. Food and drinks and bowling were great which is the sad part. But honestly Jeremy ruined it. When he came over to take our order my 5 year old daughter was playing with with one of the menu's and he ripped it out of her hands. He could definitely tell I was upset and then really didn't want to come back over and check on us from that point forward. So if children playing with a menu bother Jermey so much that he is ripping it out of their hands he probably shouldn't work in a place that is mostly for children. It worries me what he would do to a child if they were actually doing something "bad" and a parent wasn't around. Once we were done bowling the minute our screen showed our time was up he had cleared some our drinks off the table. I was last to bowl and was like were did my margarita go? He took my kids drinks before we even had our shoes on, didn't even ask if he could clear the table. So for $134 for bowling for 5 people for 2 hours and $140 in food and drinks I would say I am highly disappointed in the service and our server Jeremy. The moment he ripped that menu out of my daughter's hands I should have done something. This action was completely uncalled for. Again, this was us giving this place a second chance but we will not be back.
Old Review: We reserved a bowling lane for 2 hours for 2 adults and 3 kids. 1st after the first person bowled our pins would not reset. It took about 10 minutes to have this fixed. I asked if our time was paused because of this. The lady said no but that she could add an additional 10 minutes to our time but never did. 2nd the people that shared the seating area and the lane next to us had 12 people trying to be in this tiny space. (Only 5 were bowling) They kept coming and standing at our table and in our lane. Crossing over our lane. Even their waitress was all in our area. My kids were having to crawl under the tables because this other group was taking up the entire space. If someone has a group that big they need to have more than 1 lane. We paid for the same experience as they did but they took over the space. 3rd anytime we needed drinks or food we had to go fine our waitress she would never come back and just check in. The food and the drinks were amazing and the bowling seemed like it would have been amazing fun. Unfortunately I don't think we will be returning which I am sad to say because this place looks like it could be a blast but people are just rude and inconsiderate. This all could have been avoided by having a limit on how many people can be in the bowling lane space regardless of if they are...
