Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Four Corners States

This must be a fairly old location. The interior smells old instead of fresh and welcoming. This maybe should have been foreshadowing and an indicator of the cleanliness happening in the kitchen…though I was absolutely appalled and shocked when my friend and I ordered a glass of wine each. My glass in particular came with at least 6 heavy lip prints all around the rim of my glass which is just utterly disgusting. My friend’s glass was only half as bad but still absolutely unacceptable. The waitress was super kind and offered to fix the situation. Upon bringing us two new glasses, my new glass looked like the rim was still probably dirty and a half attempt at wiping it clean before serving had been made but I still could see the greasy swiped wipe effect left behind. My friend’s glass rim was fairly clean, however, there was something gross (unwashed remains of god knows what) on the outside of the glass that she could scrape with her fingernail. Our waitress was still sweet and kind and asked what she could do to fix the situation. I couldn’t stomach any more, my appetite ruined even for food….my friend said she’d just keep the drink and ordered food (she was really hungry and hadn’t eaten all day up to then). I figured I’d have a “no thank you” helping of fries to settle my hunger at least for the moment. The manager came to our table, in the meantime, and offered to resolve the issue, apologizing for the mistakes. I told him if 4 glasses arrived with no resolution already, what more could possibly be done when there is a very clear problem occurring in the kitchen with cleanliness?! He offered plastic cups to which we agreed. He came back with paper coated cups making a big deal about letting me take the cup from the stack of two so that “his fingers didn’t touch the rim of the cups to keep them clean for me”. Was he mocking me…? 🤔 At least we knew we had a freshly opened bottle of wine because he opened and poured us our drinks at the table and at this point a drink was necessary… My fries were fine and my friend’s burger and fries seemed fine as well. Lastly, I went to the restroom before leaving and sadly, the negatives kept coming. Not all bathroom stalls had functioning latches so I needed to search for one that could actually close and latch. Definitely was not a surprise considering all that transpired at this visit. Will definitely NOT...

The staff is friendly , kind courteous and really does make a point to go out of their way to make sure you're dining experience is top notch. The manger treats his staff as well as their guests with so much kindness there was a little bit of a mistake earlier involving some left out ice cream and he went above and beyond to not only correct the issue but was kind courteous fast and remedy the situation and the most brilliant of ways Steven truly went above and beyond what is expected when you dine in or dine out in my case. I highly recommend this Red Robin to anyone With times being what they are , it's the littlest of things that mean the most . Mahalo to Steven and his staff . Hopefully I will be seeing them soon . The managers name is Steven and let me just say , I am going threw a very hard time and he doesn't know that he treated me with such grace . They were getting busy and he not only went above and beyond for me but for everyone in the restaurant His staff is very friendly , they great you with a smile , which seriously is much appreciated the establishment is very clean I noticed there was a few Karen's and Kyle's in there and they treated them with such Grace these workers work very hard especially with what's going on and I can't say enough great things about the restaurant as well as their staff truly they go above and beyond mahalo for making my last dessert / dinner an amazing one for me . I truly appreciate you all and hopefully I'll be back in soon to eat there again, cheers to...

I've been here many many times over the past decade or more and this place has been on a long downhill slide with the food quality.

The staff is super friendly but if the food isn't good it's not worth your hard earned dollars.

My wife and infant son were here about three weeks ago. I ordered one of their newer burger creations and it was terrible with a burned taste, even though the burger was ordered with "some pink". Fries were lukewarm and stale.

At my wife's insistence we tried them again yesterday along with my mother in law and my young son. I ordered something I have been ordering there for years, the chicken teriyaki 'burger'. They weren't especially busy but it took nearly 40 minutes for our food to come out when we had allocated maybe 1 hour at most for lunch.... my sandwich had some kind of meat on it that was only vaguely recognizable as chicken (my mother in law asked how I liked my fish sandwich). In the past I've always gotten an actual recognizable chicken breast on my sandwich but this looks like it came out of a plastic pouch after being thawed out of a freezer.

To top it off the onion rings I ordered were burned (and yet lukewarm/cold, figure that one out) and the sandwich was served on a clearly stale bun....

All of that for $13 when I could have gone to any of the other numerous burger places within 5 minutes of Red Robin and gotten a better sandwich for $10.

As much as I like the people here and as great as the "kid friendly" atmosphere is, we will not be...
